Like every Market in the US was declining at that time! He also refused to refund his refundable deposit! My Client was a Widow who used her last $10,000 to save her skin.

He's still scamming people .... He's even ripping off charitable organizations for kids now. This guy must be stopped. He's going by an alias and trying to get in the celebrity arena. I'm going to make him a cancer to work with and anybody that works with him after knowing his treachery will share his fate.
