Yes, there has been a great deal of development outside of the city as those who can afford it flee the crime and dirt of Montevideo. Despite efforts to clean up the city and make it safer, the impact has been nominal. When I am in Uruguay, I completely by pass Montevideo en route to Punta del este and Maldonado. How long had it been since your were last in Montevideo before your recent post? I was wondering? In any event, be well and thanks for sharing your post with us all.. ciao, Julien Amerelle, New York, New York

Hello.

I am curious. Where in Uruguay would you find a place to live with all this?

*Near the beach (driving distance)
*Near movie theaters
*Cheap homes
*Safe

Someone suggested Colonia del Sacramento, but I'm skeptical. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Daily Horoscope for June 2

Scorpio

You're in the mood to spend money on a favourite hobby or pastime today, so take care if you're supposed to making every penny count at the moment. The temptation to treat yourself to something that you'll undoubtedly enjoy will be too strong to resist, and the trouble is that you might not restrict yourself to just one item either. It looks like being an extravagant day!
