Angle could only limit the type of access for farming and agricultural purposes. Angle may own the land the road is no, but I believe Stine's property has a dominant tenement for use of the access road for farming. These usually transfer with the deed when a property is sold.

Angle will try to acquire the property at the sale. He will then have Rich Grucela try to get state aide for the cleanup, he will then appeal to Charles Dent,(who he is having a campaign event for at his house) to get Federal aide in the clean-up.

Too bad. But at least Ron got a taste of what his tenants had to put up with with him as a slum landlord but he was probably too arrogant to realize it.
