Grab the money and run! The gov't will grab any profit you may make. The EPC, Osha, will kill any chance of any profit.
Who in their right mind would start a business in NM?

So is this meat already processed coming into this plant or will the hammer jobs be available? This does not sound like the "high paying, decent wage" jobs Bill Richardson promises to NM.

Woohoo! I love beef jerky. Green chile on mine please!
Congrats Hagerman, start crankin' it out.
I own a business here in NM. The secret is not to do business with people/companies who don't pay. As soon as it starts to happen, you cut business ties with them. Eventually you'll have enough repeat business from people/companies you trust.

Actually, the green chile beef jerky is good. Along with the lemon pepper, jalapeno, and other flavors. I wish them well.
