I'll believe it when I see it! How about the "farming" going on between 4 mile and 3 mile in Traverse City? Is he going to restore that too? Until wetland laws are applied equally to everyone, whether you have money or not, I won't have much respect for the DEQ or Army Corp of Engineers. It's all a farce as far as I'm concerned.

Hand slap? When you think about it the delay alone in not being able to build and the loss tax revenue was punishment enough
