Wow. Unbelievable.

One of the most dangerous people on the planet gets a break first on the murder charges because of "missteps by law enforcement and paperwork errors," and now may benefit from a change in sentencing law. This is not justice.

No, it is not justice and if he is turned back out on to our streets, I hope he gets what is coming to him on those streets.

I can't believe this guy is still getting trials.
What is he 100 yrs. old now? Seems like he killed these people years and years ago.

I Pray this man stays in jail. I don't care if my tax dollars are spent keeping him there. He was dangerous. I used to live close to where those bodies were found. I used to take and wait at the school bus stop with my children back then, and I would see him travel on the main road those bus stops were on. My children are grown now, but those same bus stops are still there. The way the world is now, I can't imagine what might happen if he were to travel that road today. It was bad enough back then. Keep him locked up.

Dave, I'm with ya 100%. He keeps getting second chances. What about his victims? They didn't get a second chance.

When a mentally unbalanced serial killer is trying to get out of prison, it is news no matter how old the original crimes are. NEW news.

I appreciate reading NEW news about this case. No telling what this mentally unbalanced man may do if he's let loose. He may come back to the East Knox county area where this happened. I would want to know if he was getting out.
