OMG!

Just fry this piece of %@#$ and get it over with.

Has anyone figured out what it has cost the tax payer to keep this guy alive since 1981? Jail, court, attorney, etc.?

Too bad the police couldn't have shot him dead when they caught him and prevented all the pain the family went through.

im glad they knocked this murderer's appeal out of the water AGAIN.. but i just want to know if one penny of my tax dollars went into it.
i don't think tax payers should be at all responsible for appeals. if you're a convicted murderer and you're broke, it isnt my problem.

Mumia needs to go to hell now. His followers can follow him there, too. Taxpayers and normal people in society have had enough of this circus.

Mumia this is but the first installment of your Karma payment.
The second installation will be your death sentence upheld.
The third will be the vandelism of your unmarked grave.
Time to pay the piper and he is expensive.

It appears that Wesley Cook will die of old age on death row. The execution will NOT be carried out. If he was a white cop-killer he would have been in the ground long ago.

Why are we even still discussing this guy? He should have been put to death years ago!! What good is the death penalty if it's not going to be carried out, instead these criminals get to tie up the courts for years with their ridiculous appeals!!

Enough already!!

On one hand I agree with Bob, however there have been hundreds of prisoners set free over the past 10-15 years due to DNA testing. Not everyone who is convicted is guilty. I feel bad for guys who lost 10-20 years of their life wrongly accused by some bigot.

if dna sets em free i celebrate with them. but then DNA set OJ free 13 yrs ago now didnt it!
we know he did it but the jury would rather not have another LA Riot so they let his a55 walk. but he's in the clink now!

Come on man, the OJ trial had nothing to do with DNA and you know it. They creatively worked around it thanks to Johnny Cochran. Racism was on trial with OJ.

Maybe we will all get lucky and the case will be sent to a retiring judge, that way the guy will do whats right.
