No change seen in AZ immigration checks

Federal authorities have seen no change in the number of illegal immigration checks sought by local Arizona police and allowed under a state law partly upheld by a recent U.S. Supreme Court decision, officials said.

Of course they are not going to see the illegal immigrants in this time of the year,the cheap labor is needed in order to keep cost low,they don't want to buy a 20 dlls watermelons,wait until the season to collect vegetables ends and then you will see them deporting people again

hello clueless,prices would not raise anyplace near that level, the largest cost associated with fruits and veg's is transportation costs, labor only accounts for about 6% total cost.
