national alliance not only are you incorrect in your history of the native american peoples but you are also an IDIOT. anyone intelegent enough to actually know what their talking about knows that the only true native peoples of this land did fight hard the encroachment of the easterners or if you prefer the white man for their rightful land the home of the indians ancesters and the only reasons they lost to the white man and signed those treaties you mentioned was because: 1: the white man out numbered them, no matter how manny white men they killed for slaughtering the indians families hundreds more white men came to take by force land that they had no right to. 2: the native peoples had no immunity to the diseases the white people brought with them and the result was that some tribes were completly wiped out. 3; the white people ( invaders to the indians land) wanted to expand and so they took what they wanted and it did not matter if the land belonged to some one else also some of the indians refused to give up their ancestrial homes so they tagged as renegades and savages.on several occasions some of the plains tribes signed treaties and in those treaties these tribes were promised that they would be able to keep the land of their ancesters for as long as the grass grew and the rivers flowed. so National Alliance tell me does the grass still grow and the rivers still flow? when asked why he wanted to send thousands of army men out to destroy the indians famous civl war general Philip Sheredan said :THE ONLY GOOD INDIAN IS A DEAD ONE. so MR.National Alliance you should never open your mouth unles you know what your talking about.

Anyone who commits a crime on land owned by "Native Americans" should be subject to the laws of that tribe and should be prosecuted by that tribe.
