Court upholds death penalty child rape ban

If this does not deserve the death penalty, what does? No wonder there is so much of this type of crime in America; the courts have gone soft.

any law the court doesnt like it comes up with this catch all , no consensus ,. what page of the constitution is that on id like to read it we might as well let them pass laws they do anyway why vote

and obama says he likes justices like earl warren, oh great just what we need a guy who somehow finds something in the constitution that was never there before , hold onto your hats fols here we go again the guys who eisenhauer said was one of my biggest mistakes
