Talk about throwing money down a sewer. Africa is a lost cause. The only way you'll cut down the AIDS epidemic is to perform routine castrations of everyone in jail. When they get released early (as they always do) they can't rape.

It's cheaper too and effective birth control.

US citizens......??? The federal deficit increases, the dollar is down the golden bowl, tax money is dwindling.....who is voting for these expenditures?
No competent Board of Directors in any privat corporation would ever authorize this type of elective spending without some guarantee of an infusion of funds.
How will the unemployed or the tax-exepmt (mostly) rich supply these funds?

This is crazy.First I read about all
the money that was spent in health
care for the woman from the Manson
clan who is in prison. Now this.I am
starting to get a bit upset. I am 75
and have gone without my medicine
several times because I could not
afford it.I just don't understand any
of this.Once in my life I asked for
help on my medication and was told
I did not qualify.That was because I
am 40.00 dollars over the proverty
level.I have paid taxes all my life,
I have never been in trouble. What is
going on?I am disgusted with these
fools in Washington.

50 billion dollars....50 billion dollars. To be given not only to Africa, but to the world. Some countries getting this money are not poor countries. This huge money will be given to mostly Muslims people. No money from the rich Muslim Oil countries. They,us, went from 15 billion to 50 Billion.

With our money they give 50 billion.
We here in the USA could use some of that money. We got problems here.

The worst part the money is given with no checks to see where its going.Down many rat holes,as usual.

Of course after the election ,they will impose the highest taxes ever.We will pay for it.

50 billion dollars.Who can imagine this amount.

Our own people, need help. They managed to throw the American Indians a bone.Took a few million for the hard pressed Indians.

No one is for not helping ..America,in spite of American haters, foots these bills.

Like if they doubled it it could have been30 billion, Plenty, but no way...50 billion America Tax payers money . After only five years, they will increase it!

INSANITY!!

This has got to stop. We as a nation are broke. We are borrowing money from nations that don't even like us and then giving it to other nations that don't like us. Why? I've had it. It's time to tell these out of touch politicians we are not doing this anymore.

Then you and everyone else on this board who has complained about this lunacy needs to stop voting Democrat. Look for the fiscally CONSERVATIVE Republican candidates and vote for them!
