You don't have a choice to opt out of it if the form qualifies you. I was more than willing to take out my loans, but my income and situation qualified me for other things rather than loans to make the situation worse in the long run. I am working as well so unless you are here you have no right to assess the situation and know what is going on or how it works. Take that up when you vote. The options were bleak, go to school and work both full time to get a better life, or go on welfare and work part time for minimum wage and never let things get better.
