I hope this burns all the scumbags involved. Using orphan's money to buy yourself a golf course to bail you out of a bad investment.

SCUM.

Wow...my kids go to this school, I thought I was sending them to a save wholesome place where they cared about the kids and their issues. I am wholly appalled by the boards actions. All that money could have been spent on newer housing and more classrooms plus more houseparents for the children for them to expand themselves like the plan I read when I decided to send them there.

No, Mr. Hershey's will says on page 4 that the homes were created for white male orphans of sound body and mind.

This happen every day of every week. We just don't have enough oversight to stop it.

This guy not only took illegal funds from the school and kids, he took illegal money from the taxpayers. This charity was tax exempt.

Just another free market big business taxpayer subsidized failure.

The Republican Party was used a tax exempt building to raise money for their partisan political party.

A trustee, who was unnamed in the filing, hosted a political party fundraiser at the former home of Milton Hersheypt status to hold a partisan political event.

If I knew this was a tax exempt building, why didn't the members of the Republican Party that attended and took the money from the event ?

It's funny no article ever mentions that Hershey owns 10,000 acres of farmland throughout the Hershey area. To say they needed the golf course or Pumpkin World for expansion is absurd.

Or you could make a decent living and take care of your own kids instead of giving them away....just saying

Well, at least you have one half of the equation correct. Milton Hershey said white male orphans.

The 2 children are white, males, fatherless, and when the trust was written, no father = orphan...but yes as soon as I finish school next year I will be getting them.

What are you doing with their SS money? Spending it to send you to college? There is also an income limit in entering MHS so you would have to be below the poverty line, it's hard to go to college on that income....

My children don't get SS money (their father had 4 other children from a previous marriage and she had a good lawyer) and my education is completely paid for via a pell grant under displaced homemakers. I am currently in school for nursing.

Daily Horoscope for June 2

Gemini

You're in a warm-hearted and generous mood today, especially when dealing with loved ones and members of the family. You want to give them as much of your time as possible, and also to do anything else that will keep them happy. The only snag will come if you're trying to spread yourself too thin and you end up making promises that will be difficult, if not impossible, to keep. You may forget all about them but other people won't.
