Consumer and investor confidence will return ONLY IF they FIX the core flaws in the system NOT cover them up with "fake confidence" . Bailouts will not do a darn thing but bankrupt the treasury.

Few examples of core flaws that come to mind:
Mark to make believe accounting - Credit rating conflict of interest - Derivative scam (naked swaps)- Currency reform?(Bretton Wood 2)

As someone who has been job hunting for a number of months. I've noticed an increase in ACS's postings for Call Center Trainers in various cities. Are they expanding their call centers or is the turnover as bad as these comments would indicate?

Would anyone recommend working for ACS? If so, why?

The only recommendation regarding ACS is to run in the other direction as fast as you can, never looking back, and thanking whatever God you pray too for saving you from the Corporate SATAN.

Hey--I'm catchin' on, and I just found out about ACS today. See, I owe student loans, and I've been paying my income tax every year, for the last four years (they take it.)In addition, I've paid $50 a month, for the last 13 months, even though I'm on unemployment. I went to fill out a consolidation loan, thinking I could pay my loans back to the Department of Education--no such luck--they give it to their "contractor"--ACS, who gets to tell me that $798 is a "reasonable payment" when I get $169 a week. Thank goodness I am not alone. It has been 8 years since I left ACS and I still fill ill when I think about the four years I worked there...

We are trying to organize a union at our workplace. Since it appears ACS will try anything to keep a union out, I'm curious if any of you have ever tried to organize or if there are any others who have actually succeeded in bringing in a union.

I didn't know about all of this stuff...I'm not even "seeing" ACS! The weirdness that I see comes from a bought out Superior Consultant (from the acquisition which occurred 3 years ago) who is still wearing her Superior consultant badge, and tells everyone not to include the CIO in their meetings because he'll screw it up,(in reality, she wants to be the one who can talk to him)...is that insane or what? She uses business meetings to tell everyone that the COO Executive Sponsor is an alcoholic, and you wonder why ACS loses business?...Has a real estate license and manipulates contracts for ACS to purchase her house, she flips it and sells it, and buys/manages other properties that she conveniently has traveling consultants staying in, at client/company expense. Employees indicate that she even brings a gun in her purse to work? ACS has got some psychotic employees at the operational level too, and were psychos before ACS acquired them!!!

This quote is non-existent. It is probaly a virus. In any case, ACS in any state doesnt scam parents, parents do stupid things and then lose thier children and then wonder why ACS is involved. Well if you were a good parent from the start, ACS would never be in your life.

this blog doesnt even exist and if it did it is probaly just some woman venting .

I have been recieving phone calls from an unknow number. They ask for me & the person that is on the line sounds like they are from India.
This person says that I have a legal criminal case against me & gives me the last 4 digits of my s.s. number.
I don't have any student loans & I am not in any kind of trouble to have this threat against me.
These people they were working for ACS & they were the ones who hired them to put a leagal case against me.
What should I do?
My whole family is scared.

The OTHER way you can get promoted at ACS is if you are a RELATIVE of a client, such as a city or county administrative staff who wants a little "extra favor" before signing an service contract. Otherwise, it's no promotion or fake title promotion with NO MARKET RATE SALARY alongside the promotion at ACS.
