Jay DeDapper is really show his true colors in only reporting positively about Barack Obama.
He must really hate Hillary Clinton. Why?

Why? Why does Jay DeDapper only say bad things about Hillary Clinton? He's become so obvious in his bias that he should be embarassed already!
I'm surprised his bosses allow this.
Your supposed to REPORT the news! NOT create it!

Vito Fossella is just a congressman. Why should he resign for a personal transgression when President Bill Clinton did not. Why are Ted Kennedy and Barney Frank still in office although they've been involved in their own scandalous affairs? Can anyone prove to me that there is no double standard here?

My moral judgement would convict him of two very serious crimes. Politicaly, well perhaps he should seek the advice of ex president Clinton and or governor by default Patterson!

Vito Fossella should not resign. He has only been charged with amisdemeanor, not a felony. He is lucky that no one was injured or killed. As far as the other family is concerned he did not commit any crime. If his wife Mary Pat forgives him, he should continue in congress.

Iam not commenting on your opinion-But adultry is a crime! And yes there are few convicted of it. In his case he has convicted offered up the proof and convicted himself.

Yes you are correct in your thinking! But are we to accept a new standard? Are these individuals to assume they can do no wrong because a segment of society refuses to condemn them! When a child exclaims "He did the same thing and didn't get in trouble", Do ya let him off the hook? Do you set an example? I know! why should he be the fall guy and set a new moral set of standards.

It is important to contact the court in Alexandria to help ensure that Vito does his five days in jail (assuming he is found guilty of DWI at twice the legal limit). Serving time will help reintroduce him to the reality that has been so lacking in his life. Vito, next time don't blow so hard against contraceptives, failing families, Bill Clinton, or the permissive society. Enjoy your stay.

Vito has done a lot for Staten Island so I will vote for him if he runs again. He was only charged with a misdemeanor not a felony. He was lucky that no one was injured or killed. So why should he resign? As far as Laura Fay goes, he did not commit any crime. Plenty members of congress remain in their seats after comparable misdemeanors. Ted Kennedy has been a senator for decades after the Mary Jo Kopechne bridge incident. Am I missing something?

Also he should do the 5 days in jail and then go on the lecture ciruit and tell people how lucky he was that he didn't kill anyone. His DWI is only a misdemeanor not a felony. The Laura Fay thing is no crime!

Well said. Maybe after he gets out of jail, Eliot Spitzer will take him into the Spitzer family business. Too bad he was against Planned Parenthood, his girlfriend could have used their services.

I hope his own Republicans don't make Vino resign. It should be the people who throw him out of office. Anna, you're quite right about the double standard. If Vino were a Dem, he would be gone already. If even the NY Post gave up on Vino, you supporters are fighting a lost cause. But please, by all means, fight on!
