'You lie!' poll: Half of Southern Democrats upset

The other half are so used to being lied to by the Democrats they accept the accusation as true and accurate.

Old news, being kicked up by the left as they lose support.

They are goin to be more outraged when they are all voted out of office.

I come short of calling Obama a lier. The problem with his use of English is that everything he says must be analyzed, fact checked, and researched to find the true meaning. Then we learn what he said was not what he meant, and his statements are then rephrased using words that people think they know the meaning of, but they mean something else. Then we find out that he has changed his mind and has decided to do something entirely different. I think it is a form of political language called double talk which is not really a lie, but perhaps less than the truth and the average person does not understand it anyway. Arrogant politicians like Obama think using this kind of language is one of their keys to success, but eventually people realize that they were not confused at all and vote them out.

The Cong. probably told the pollisters what they wanted to hear but really believed JOE WILSON was right. Most people lie on the telphone but wont do that to your face. Lying is an easy way to get rid of a pest and go on about your business and hope they fade into the sunset.

All Wilson did was state the truth. Obama was telling a whopper when Wilson made the comment.

The other half of the survey showed that 47% of southern republicans were opposed or outraged by Wilson’s mental disorder. Wilson was shown to be the biggest coward; the kind of coward that will conceal himself in a crowd, throw a rock and then hide his hands. I’ll never forget how he was shaking like a leaf as he addressed the situation to the press that next day. And as much as you unpatriotic right-wingers want to celebrate what he did, remember, he immediately called the White House and begged the President for forgiveness.

But Wilson will be kicked out of Office for that little stunt; his opponent has raised millions because patriotic Americans across this nation will not allow behavior like that to go unpunished. Bye Wilson, next time you’ll keep your mouth shut.

In the battle on the U.S.-Mexico border, the fight against illegal immigration often loses out to environmental laws that have blocked construction of parts of the "virtual fence" and that threaten to create places where agents can't easily track illegal immigrants.

Documents obtained by Rep. Rob Bishop and shared with The Washington Times show National Park Service staffers have tried to stop the U.S. Border Patrol from placing some towers associated with the virtual fence, known as the Secure Border Initiative or SBInet, on wilderness lands in parks along the border.

In a remarkably candid letter to members of Congress, Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano said her department could have to delay pursuits of illegal immigrants while waiting for horses to be brought in so agents don't trample protected lands, and warns that illegal immigrants will increasingly make use of remote, protected areas to avoid being caught.

But wait, it gets better:

The documents also show the Interior Department has charged the Homeland Security Department $10 million over the past two years as a "mitigation" penalty to pay for damage to public lands that agencies say has been caused by Border Patrol agents chasing illegal immigrants.

"If wilderness designation gets in the way of a secure southern border, I want the designation changed. "
