The government has no role or authority to be involving itself in the birth control choices of its citizens.

Get Obama and his cohorts out of interfering with the lives of everyday people and this entire issue simply goes away.

Nothing. As policies aren't decided by public referendum, since the Constitution expressly forbids it.
But keep pretending to love the Constitution, by all means!!
Meanwhile, I prefer to focus on the very first paragraph in your completely objective, and never slanted, Rassmussen story:
"While a majority of U.S. voters continues to favor repeal of the national health care law, the number who believes it will be good for the country is at an all-time high."
LMAO!!!
If Nancy Pelosi says that dramatically devalued health care is all American families deserve, then so be it. If Nancy Pelosi says you must abandon your personal religious convictions, so be it.

I agree. And I am DAMN GLAD the government hasn't been involved in birth control choices since the days NC Carolina sterilizing poor women and Tuskegee syphilis experiment ended.

President Obama's initial decision was a DEFENSE of religious freedom!

Religious freedom is a right of PEOPLE not their corporate bosses....even if those corporate bosses work for non-profit corporations and wear magnificent gold embroidered power robes and gold crowns!!

The OLD supposedly celibate bachelors and the evangcial fuindiments dicators, must believe that, without the force of law to restrain them, the Catholics employees at a hospital will run down and get prescriptions for birth control pills.

It should NEVER be management's right, even if the managers wear vestments and gold crowns and dump their scared sperm on their bedsheets, to impose their religions dogma on their employees.

My statement is based on common sense and today's dismal reality. Why do you give FoxNews credit for being the voice of reason?

Rachel, I don't often watch the news, but people seem to dislike Fox News. Why is that? Thanks in advance.

It's not a faith base issue for me.

If it is for you... fine.

People who want to have protected sex, should pay for their own birth control - whatever they decide to buy. It is their responsibility, without question.

The government has no place interfering and trying to make person "A" pay for a product or service for person "B" - and even all the more so when person A opposes the product or service for whatever reasons.

Remove the mandate and the problem is gone... which should make everyone a bit concerned as to why Obama and his cohorts insist on mandating this either directly or through the insurance industry.

I agree I don't think my money should go to help smokers who have health problems... nor catholic families who have more children then they should have.... or federal research money going to catholic and christian universities, or roads or bridges used by those people... person B (Me) shouldn't have to pay for christians or catholics... i'm a Satanist and they are an abomination to me

You gotta laugh at these conservative responses regarding spending on social welfare as the cure for all ills. It's never about the tax, its always about the spending. But social welfare only accounts for 12-14% of the entire budget so if you cut it out completely the trillions of debt are still there. What do you do then,? pray it all goes away like the Greeks are doing. These simplistic responses are typical of conservative thinking, being locked into a mode of it's all about me, then hold up the bible in a feel good moment donating $$ to some third world country in poverty but at the same time telling your own third world population you better fend for yourselves. All good Christian values!

Taurus

Your spirits are high and you're feeling great! It's a super day for doing whatever appeals to you, provided it involves plenty of enjoyment and laughter. The thought of struggling through a pile of work is likely to leave you cold, and you'll be tempted to put it off until you're more in the mood. If you can, visit somewhere new now.
