The only job that Mr. Macaca is interested in is the one he won't get as senator. He might realistically apply for the job of Wal-Mart greeter, but his insincerity will probably trip him up in the interview. Spitting his chaw into a Coke can won't help his chances either.

As for his supposed message, that's already been heard around the world; we aren't waiting for Mr. Macaca to repeat it. He's just full of other people's old ideas.

These candidates run on that catchy, feel-good jobs platform, but when elected spend all their time sponsoring and voting bills which are anything but.

If this George has an answer to the unemployment problem, why did he not tell the other George, so things would not have gotten so bad. I know why. Because the "Severely Macaca Kid" has NO answer. He is the same blow hard he has always been. I can never determine whether George Macaca learned from other Repuglicans the mantra of;" if you elect me this time I will do what I promised to do last time but could not because conditions would not allow me to do what I promised" .Or is this a model he developed because even he realizes he is a loser.

To think that there were people who stood and applauded this character's speech, I find astounding. I would guess that the party hopefuls who have resigned themselves to have to gulp hard and vote for Romney, figure that two bitter pills will not make that much difference.

How nice to see how far the Right has fallen under the leadership of Cantor, Hurt and Gov. Bobbie.

more to come

Allen is a patriot that has real Virginia values, and is one of the few with the courage to display the Confederate flag honoring the brave citizens of Virginia that died defending it! His support for causes like the Confederate Museum and his respect for tradition is one of the main reasons I would vote for him against any of the Kenyan in chief's socialist stooges! How come Allen's dumbocratic opponnents wont show their birth certificates?!?! We all know why! If Allen is for jobs, why would anyone be stupid enough to vote for his opponnent who is against jobs? I tell you, with Newt in the White House and George Allen leading the Senate, we have the chance to undo the last 100 years of stupid laws and finally bring back the real original America that will punish everyone that tried to destroy it!

All the dumbacrats can say about this man is macaca. They don't even bother to READ about or Hear anything the man has to say because he is running as a Republican. Their kenyan stooge in chief tells them who to vote for and his grinch-like wife tells them what to eat. These libtards need to read a book or watch the news once in a while and then, just maybe you won't use the race card everytime you are CLUELESS on a subject.

And I guess you prefer libtards to watch Fox? The most mindless propaganda show on the tube. When I surf through the channels and stop at fox to see what kind of rhetoric they're spewing I can actually feel brain cells dying the more I watch. Its no wonder right wingers are brain dead.

So all the anti-Allen people are going to vote for a guy essentially who tried to pardon a killer in the middle of the night right before he left office ?

If there was ever a reason to vote against Kaine, it would be his despicable midnight attempt to move Jens Soering to Germany where he would have been eligible for pardon after two years.

Remember Jens Soering ? He essentially cut the heads off of his girlfriends parents in Bedfors some 25 years ago and got LIFE.

That act alone by Kaine shows his contempt for the law, the Haysom family (who he didn't tell what he was doing) and the voters of Virginia.

George Allen, just another me first politician in it for the kickbacks. The best part is knowing after he fell out of the limelight with his loose jowls, his wife probably cut him off. She had visions of redecorating the White House I know.

Is this the same Allen that had state workers spend their time removing Microsoft installed games from their computers? I wonder how much that helped the economy of Virginia.

A conservative estimate would be that it probably avoided about $500K a year in lost productivity. If you regulate employee internet access as well the savings would be in the millions. How many people posting on Topix do you suppose are at work?

I think that my previous post was way low. If you look at the approximately 105,000 public employees, estimate that 1 in 10 wastes an hour a week on games, multiply that result by 52 weeks, and multiply that by $30 -$50 (you have to include burdens and benefits) you'll wind up with more than $20,000,000 in lost productivity.

I don't agree with George on a lot of things, but this was a good move.

Maybe you can back that up with facts. You also need to figure the cost of having people uninstalling the software from PC's and policing it. I'm not defending games, just saying there should be more important things for a gov to focus on.

I wonder how many millions can be saved charging people for their smoking breaks or restricting their use of the toilets to one visit a day!
