I'm with you. Same goes for Old Saybrook. Hartford has Fast Eddie, Saybrook has Fat Eddie. Both are corrupt.

What do you mean? The Mafia has tried to keep a grip and control the trash industry for years. In NYC people have been murdered over this kind of business.
