Wrong.
Show me one clip or quote from one of the candidates complaining that the President making this rule change is violating the Constitution.
As they say "put up or shut up".

Obumbo, the faux president IS illegal.

When Barry Soetoro, Indonesian National, arrived in Hawaii as an Unaccompanied Minor in 1971, he was not waved through customs to the awaiting arms of his grandmother. He was taken into Federal Protective custody as an abandoned alien child. He remained in the legal custody of Catholic Social Services of Connecticut until he reached the age of majority while living with his guardian, his grandmother Madelyn Payne Dunham.

It was Catholic Social Services of Connecticut, under contract with U.S. HHS, that flew BHO Sr. from Africa to Hawaii in December, 1971 to attend a custody hearing. It was at this time the Soetoro adoption was annulled, BHO Sr replaced Lolo Soetoro on the birth record, Barry Soetoro’s legal name was changed to Barack Hussein Obama II and the Court Ordered the record to be “filed” with HI DoH. BHO’s II citizenship remained Indonesian.

BHO II naturalized as an American citizen in 1983, 5 years after he reached the age of majority.

This is a "plausible scenario", and there are many more...
So why the hell has everyone worked so damned hard on his behalf to fan the flames of controversy?

Why could a grown man NOT answer a simple question honestly?
Why would a white house press sec, try to act like a 5year old caught with his hand in the cookie jar?

LMAO it didn't require ANYONE to "distribute any pills" stupid, it just required that the insurance that Catholic hospitals (as a business) provided their employees cover contraception (the pill).
Before you cry foul, the least you can do is make sure you know what you are crying foul about.
Now, we're getting closer to the issue.
Question: What required?
Answer: A law.
Question: What authority does the President have to change the law?
Answer: None.

The law is what is written in the law.
The President cannot change the law, nor can he just write a law.
This is not some medieval feifdom or some African village.

That part of the law is unconstitutional. Therefore, the entire legislation voted on in Congress as a unit is unconstitutional.

"Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof...."

This law definitely prohibits the free exercise of the Catholic Church by forcing their participation in an activity that is against their chosen belief.

But, the primary issue is the fact that Obama seems to think he can write his own law and ignore the law as it was put into effect in accordance with the directions specified in the Constitution.

Maybe in some medieval feifdom or some African village. But, not in the United States of America.

Show us where in the Constitution the President is given any power to make any changes whatsoever to any law.

Clinton handed Bush three things when he left office. One was job growth of the past six years. Two was a balanced budget. Three was a surplus. Obama was handed the worst job lost in recent history, the worse stock market decline in recent history, the lowest tax rate to pay the debt in all of American history, the worst decline in home sales in history, the worst trade imbalance in history, the most trade imbalance in history and the most wealthy highest paid Wall St. and CEO pay in history. But it's all Obama's fault.??????

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Executive_order_ (United_States)
U.S. Presidents have issued executive orders since 1789, usually to help officers and agencies of the executive branch manage the operations within the federal government itself. Executive orders have the full force of law,[1] since issuances are typically made in pursuance of certain Acts of Congress, some of which specifically delegate to the President some degree of discretionary power (delegated legislation), or are believed to take authority from a power granted directly to the Executive by the Constitution. However, these perceived justifications cited by Presidents when authoring Executive Orders have come under criticism for exceeding Executive authority; at various times throughout U.S. history, challenges to the legal validity or justification for an order have resulted in legal proceedings.

Ron Paul is winning the majority of delegates in the Republican race. We know that Ron Paul is going to be the nominee in 2012. We also know that he will be elected president. The reason we know this is because we know the support base in the repective states that we have in place. It is already set.

I state again, the corporatist elite, along with their media and war machine are going to get the shafting of a lifetime by the people and voters of these United States.

Count on it.

No. Ron Paul is in first place. The reason you do not understand this is because you do not understand the way the primary works. You are only looking at initial poll numbers, many of which are now openly admitted voter frauds.

Look at the delegates. Ron Paul is number 1. And it is the number of delegates that matter. The Paul campaign is 100% on target and is taking the lead by paces daily.

Paul will win Maine today, and he already has won all delegates. We also know that he will take Tennessee, Texas, and Oklahoma.

This is just the beginning.

The problem is your ignorance of the political system of primaries.

You are quite mistaken. And you're going to get the surprise of a lifetime when the corporatist media finally is forced to admit the unspoken truth they are so desperately trying to avoid.

The Obama administration is now openly attacking the very core of the idea of freedoms. Mr. Obama is out from his usual cover of darkness and imposing his will on the Catholic Church. The sanctity of our Churches is our last safe haven in America, a protected vestige of our Constitutional rights. Let us remind you, Mr. President, of our guaranteed first amendment rights.

Amendment I:

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.”
