It is absolutely wrong to put creationism in our schools, and it should be obvious. Not everybody in Louisiana is a theist. In fact, since creationism is mostly a Christian ideal, and not everybody is a Christian in Louisiana,, it is technically religious persecution. Should Aetheists, Muslims, Jews, Believers in Scientology (I don't know what their name is), Hindus, and others be persecuted into following this filth? I don't think so...

<quoted text>Evidence? really?
i agree, faith is within you. if you feel your faith is returned by some god or gods or goddesses, that too, is within you.
We as Christians believe that Jesus has gone to prepare a place for us, and where he is we may go also. Jesus has said there are many splendid dwelling places there and we may inherit eternal life in the kingdom of Heaven. This is our hope.

It shouldn't be there because there is no religion class in schools. there is nothing of science in creationism. not one iota. it does not belong in the curriculum of any of the classes we teach in that level of public school.

Your confusing "creationism" with Intelligent Design.

Intelligent Design does not profess one religious view over another.

Nor does it propagate the belief in a religion.

Every single bit of food on your table is the result of evolutionary changes.

Corn, for example, would not exist at all had we not cultivated it.

Cultivation is evolution.

Can you please get someone to proof read your posts so that you are using the English spelling of words.

"This person can no now" doesn't make any sense.

Sola Scriptura Fundamentalists are willfully stupid. This is often mistaken for hard-headedness. This is essential if they are to continue saying stupid stuff like 'My God can do whatever he wants, including making me stupid enough to believe people can live a thousand years'.

<quoted text>Living things evolve to become better suited to living in the environment where they live. As time goes by if the environment doesn't change, the organism may remain essentially unchanged. If the environment changes, the organism will evolve to fit better with the new environment. In this process it may acquire new features, change into a new species, or become extinct.

KJV wrote, " As such, shouldn't the loss of a useful trait, such as eyesight, be regarded as the opposite of evolution? Not so, say recent news reports on blind fish.
Biologists compared DNA sequences from 11 populations of cavefish (Astyanax mexicanus), which are a blind variation of the Mexican tetra fish, to 10 related fish populations that have the ability to see. Since they can interbreed, they "are the same species."1
"

Depends on whether the eyesight is a useful trait in the environment in which the organism lives. Cave fish which live in the dark may not have any use for sight. SO it is not a suprise if they lose that ability.

First, the wording is a strawman fallacy. The assertion is completely ignoring all scientific research done today. If this was true then vaccines would not work.

Yet no evidence has ever been offered that does not fit within an Evolutioary model. If you're really going to falsify the Theory, it will take more than your ignorant opinions.
