The Obama Error: Social Security fund slides into permanent deficit

By Stephen Ohlemacher,
Associated Press
1/27/2011

WASHINGTON — Social Security's finances are getting worse as the economy struggles to recover and millions of baby boomers stand at the brink of retirement.

This year alone, Social Security is projected to collect $45 billion less in payroll taxes than it pays out in retirement, disability and survivor benefits, the nonpartisan Congressional Budget Office said Wednesday.

Obama currently Borrows BILLION from CHINA to Pay for his failed policies.

Lawmaker calls Senate postal bill a '$33 billion bailout'
By Pete Kasperowicz
05/03/12
the Senate-passed postal reform bill as a "bailout" that fails to address the problems that are forcing the U.S. Postal Service (USPS) to spend $25 million a day more than it takes in.
"I support maintaining next-day delivery standards in rural areas that would keep the Cumberland mail processing facility open," Bartlett told the Cumberland Times-News. "However, overall the Senate bill is an irresponsible $33 billion bailout that fails to stem the post office's red ink.
"The post office is incurring daily deficits of $25 million on top of its debt of more than $13 billion," he added.

- OUCH!-
FOX and Laughing Limbaughtomy, only telling half of the spam as usual:

The Senate bill would return some of the money that the USPS OVERPAID into its retirement fund, and require some of that money to be used to pay for the early retirement of thousands of USPS workers. It also delays for two years plans by the USPS to start closing offices.

Republicans have said the bill would essentially require taxpayers to bail out the USPS, by giving $11.4 billion back to USPS from Treasury and letting USPS defer $23 billion in payments for a retiree health benefit plan.

Bail out?

Must be some of that "selective" teabagger comprehension.

Teabaggers stealing from the USPS.

So much for the "sacred" constitution teabaggers like to regurgitate when convenient.

Yeah, you finally got something right.

The constitution did precede, autos, phones and the internet.

Poor teabagger.

Panic: Dems say Romney’s Medicare ad ‘could cost us the election’
August 15, 2012
Tables turned: Mitt Romney and Paul Ryan have started attacking President Obama for cutting Medicare in order to pay for Obamacare, and Democrats now fear the attack “could cost us the election,” according to a new email.
“This could cost us the election,” Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee (DCCC) political director Kelly Ward wrote today.“The Romney campaign is up with a new ad campaign trying to confuse voters into thinking that Republicans are the ones trying to protect Medicare. You and I know that Romney and Paul Ryan are dead set on slashing seniors’ Medicare benefits to pay for more millionaire tax breaks — but we have to get the facts out to voters immediately.”

A Liberal Rags Opinion of Oblamer??

(CBS News) The National Debt has now increased more during President Obama's three years and two months in office than it did during 8 years of the George W. Bush presidency.

The Debt rose $4.899 trillion during the two terms of the Bush presidency. It has now gone up $4.939 trillion since President Obama took office.

The latest posting from the Bureau of Public Debt at the Treasury Department shows the National Debt now stands at $15.566 trillion. It was $10.626 trillion on President Bush's last day in office, which coincided with President Obama's first day.

The National Debt also now exceeds 100% of the nation's Gross Domestic Product, the total value of goods and services.

Mr. Obama has been quick to blame his predecessor for the soaring Debt, saying Mr. Bush paid for two wars and a Medicare prescription drug program with borrowed funds.

The federal budget sent to Congress last month by Mr. Obama, projects the National Debt will continue to rise as far as the eye can see. The budget shows the Debt hitting $16.3 trillion in 2012,$17.5 trillion in 2013 and $25.9 trillion in 2022.

Federal budget records show the National Debt once topped 121% of GDP at the end of World War II. The Debt that year, 1946, was, by today's standards, a mere $270 billion dollars.

Mr. Obama doesn't mention the National Debt much, though he does want to be seen trying to reduce the annual budget deficit, though it's topped a trillion dollars for four years now.

As part of his "Win the Future" program, Mr. Obama called for "taking responsibility for our deficits, by cutting wasteful, excessive spending wherever we find it."

His latest budget projects a $1.3 trillion deficit this year declining to $901 billion in 2012, and then annual deficits in the range of $500 billion to $700 billion in the 10 years to come.

If Mr. Obama wins re-election, and his budget projections prove accurate, the National Debt will top $20 trillion in 2016, the final year of his second term. That would mean the Debt increased by 87 percent, or $9.34 trillion, during his two terms.

MARK KNOLLER NOT EXACTLY RIGHT WING CBS..LOL.

THE OBAMA LIES
“I promise that I support traditional marriage-1 man-1 woman.
“I promise 100% transparency in my administration.”.
“I promise NO NEW TAXES on a family making less than $250K a year.”.
“I will allow 5 days of public comment before I sign any bills.”.
“I will remove earmarks from PORK projects before I sign any bill.”.
“I will end Income Tax for seniors making less than $50K a year.”.
“I will bring ALL of our troops home within ONE year.”
“I’ll put the Health Care negotiations on CSPAN so everyone can see who is at the table!”.
“I’ll have no lobbyists in my administration.”
“I’ll close Guantanamo.”
“I’ll resign if I don’t cut the deficit in half by the end of four years.”
“I’ll unite the people of this great country.”

A new report by the Treasury Department estimates that the auto bailouts will cost the government $25 billion. Fewer than half of all voters recognize that the government lost money on these bailouts. Upon learning that the government lost money, just 29% consider them a success. Fifty-nine percent (59%) consider the auto bailouts a failure.

All you have to do is read three books about Obama.'The Amaterur' by Edward Kline. "The great Destroyer" and Crimes aginst liberty' by David Limbaugh and if you still for for Barack Hussein

Obama you ought to have your heard examined.

PS About Rachel Maddow's book. I found it to be on of the most poorly written book sthat I've read in my life. There were no notes in Maddow's book
explained where she got her information from. Maddow said that the Cuban missile crisis was in 1963.(It was in late Oct 1962) and that the metal wingtips of our nuclear missiles had fungus growing on them. Only rabid, foaming at the mouth liberals would believe such crap. MSNBC is
nothing but a bunch of lying, hatemongering name calling fools who are drinking the Obama Kool-
aid. The lies Obama told are posted above in another post. No need to repeat them. You can Google up Obama gaffes. Really funny. Like the United sates has 57 states and Obama cannot pronounce the word 'corpsman' even though he is Commander in Chief.

Obama Calls Small-Town Pennsylvanians 'Bitter'
By Perry Bacon Jr.
Sen. Hillary Clinton criticized Sen. Barack Obama for a comment the Illinois senator made at a fundraiser in San Francisco earlier this week in which he referred to voters in Pennsylvania as "bitter."
"Well, that's not my experience," Clinton told a crowd of several hundred at Drexel University. "As I travel around Pennsylvania, I meet people who are resilient, who are optimistic, who are positive.... They're working hard every day for a better future for themselves and their children. Pennsylvanians don't need a president who looks down on them. They need a president who stands up for them, who fights for them."
Obama, in remarks first reported on the Huffington Post today (with audio), said "you go into these small towns in Pennsylvania and, like a lot of small towns in the Midwest, the jobs have been gone now for 25 years and nothing's replaced them."
"And they feel through the Clinton administration, and the Bush administration, and each successive administration has said that somehow these communities are gonna regenerate and they have not," he added. "And it's not surprising then they get bitter, they cling to guns or religion or antipathy to people who aren't like them or anti-immigrant sentiment or anti-trade sentiment as a way to explain their frustrations."

Are you going to make UPS and FedEx or your hordes of entrepreneurs bankroll pensions for people who haven't been born yet, and then make them kick another 5 billion back to the Treasury also? Right now FedEx and UPS don’t deliver in farm country. There is a reason they don't deliver in rural areas right now. In fact right now if they have a package for rural delivery they hand it to the post office to deliver. So what is your pick, does FedEx and UPS raise their rates on everybody to make up for their rural delivery loses or does the Government just subsidize them for it?

Did you see the old people, they loved Ryan, and he brought his 75 year old Mom. He was not afraid to tell what they will do about Medicare, and S S. Obama forgot to tell the elderly he stole $741 billion dollars from Medicare for his Obamacare tax. No wonder they can't talk to the elderly unless they are at death's door.

Compare that to how Obama treated his 82 year old grandmother in Hawaii. Threw her under the bus as soon as he knew he would win the election. Had to keep her quiet somehow about his birth in Kenya. Grandmother took care of him when mother was AWOL in Indonesia and the only public comment he has is that she was wary of black men and was old and sick.

Ryan will look after seniors the way he looked after his own mother of 78 years old. Obama will look after seniors the way he pushed his grandmother under the bus when sick.

The choice can't be any clearer who is more likable, moral and better suited for presidency.
