Obama Claims America Terrorizes Illegal Immigrants

What?? How about the American taxpayer being terrorized by a mass migration of people that have been lured here under false pretenses. Illegals are not immigrants. Immigrants follow the law and are welcome. We should enforce the laws we have. We need to drop the anchor baby Amendment. There are millions of Hispanics here illegally. This is not okay. This has been allowed to deny labor fair wages and fair working conditions. It has been allowed in order to fatten our government control even more. ICE is exactly correct. I am done paying and paying. People need to take responsibility for their choices.

I wish someone would scare my son out of the basement and off that darn computer!

Maybe if you search CBO.GOV , the government bean counters , you can find a study around last years amnesty push that states , on average, illegal immigrants will USE MORE FROM SERVICES that they put in. Where do you live? I have never had these things done for me by anyone, other than me, myself and I, except for watching the childrenand prepareing the food. My wife helped with that.

Illegals are not immigrants. Lumping immigrants and illegals together is unfair to those who follow the rules. The government wants to exploit a vulnerable, uneducated class of people. This is wrong. When someone breaks the law, there are consequences.

We should do the same as Mexico. Their laws make sense. What is wrong with our politicians?

If you migrate to their county, you must speak the national language.

There are no special bilingual programs in schools, and no bilingual voting.

All government business must be done in the common national language.

Foreigners do NOT have a right to vote, no matter how long they live there.

Foreigners shall NEVER be permitted to hold any political office.

Foreigners cannot be a burden to the taxpayers. No welfare, no food stamps, no health care, nor other government assistance programs.

Foreigners may invest in the country, but it must be an amount equal to 40,000 times the daily minimum wage.

If foreigners do come and want to buy land, it will be permitted, BUT options will be restricted. You cannot own waterfront property. That is reserved for natural citizens born in their country.

Foreigners may -NOT- protest: NO demonstrations, NO waving of foreign flags, NO political organizing, no badmouthing of its national policies. If you do, you will be sent back to your home country.

If you come to their country illegally, you will be hunted down and sent to jail.

Sound harsh? Insensitive? Inhumane?

Those are the immigration laws of MEXICO!

No one but me cleans my house, watches my children, does my laundry or cook my food except for me. In return for doing all that and going to work, I get the pleasure of paying for an illegals' delivery charges at the hospital, the costs to educate, medicate and feed their children and pay extra on my car insurance every month due to increased uninsured driver coverage. Tell that to your "instructor" and I hope he/she chokes on it.

My Wife could give You lessons on being able to think and be able to do things that dont conform to the status quo. She has been sucessful in no less than three business ventures, and doesn't have a college education. And at 31, she can still be considered young. I can tell You at this time no one is ridiculing Her.

This is what Obama said:
When communities are terrorized by ICE immigration raids, when nursing mothers are torn from their babies, when children come home from school to find their parents missing, when people are detained without access to legal counsel, when all that is happening, the system just isn’t working, and we need to change it.

He is referring to a host of horror stories involving ICE which include small children coming home from school to empty houses and babies stranded at daycare indefinitely. This occurs because ICE does not notify state officials in advance of raids. Therefore the states have no opportunity to protect the children, most of whom are American citizens. ICE also does not immediately identify the people it has in custody, leaving the state engaged in a house to house search for children in danger.

One 14 year old girl testified before Congress last year about her experience with ICE. She was in her bedroom after school, doing her homework, when someone broke down the front door. Terrified, she ran to the living room and confronted rifles pointed at her head. The girl was questioned at gunpoint for about an hour before her mother came home from work.
The girl's mother is a natural born American citizen. So is the girl. This happened in Florida.

The ICE raid in Postville IA is especially suspicious because in addition to the horrors described above, the raid took place just a few days before the workers were to have a union election. The plant had received numerous safety violations in the prevous year and had a reputation for abusing its employees. In one instance, a man was blindfolded and beaten with a meat hook.

The GOP refused to enforce our immigration laws for years so that their corporate benefactors would have cheap labor. The people who slave here to support their families need to be brought in from the cold and granted some kind of legal protection from economic exploitation. The ICE raids are merely a show to assuage the dullards who rail about immigrants in a hateful fashion.
