Chicago police, fire union pacts expire Saturday

Jun 29, 2012 | Posted by: roboblogger | Full story: Chicago Tribune

The clock runs out on Chicago's Police Department and Fire Department union contracts Saturday night, but don't expect any difference in how cops and firefighters respond to emergencies around the city if the deal remains unresolved.

Old Rahm is battling the unions from the cops to fire rescue to teachers to SEIU.

Hope Rhammy wallows in his two faced double talk.

Can't stand the guy.

Ever read his book THE BIG PLAN?

It laid the way for universal healthcare, universal military service...it's the Israeli mindset trying to worm its way into America.

Israel has had its own problems with their socialized medicine. Doctor UNIONS striking while those who are sick are pushed to the side.

*Hospitalized patients will be entitled to urgent examinations only.
*Outpatient clinics and institutes in all hospitals will be closed.
*Non-urgent operations will be canceled.
*The strike will not include dialysis institutes, oncologic wards and fertility treatments, which will be provided as usual.
*Claclist Health Services doctors will be on strike, but the clinics will be open as usual. *The strike will include the Health Ministry's regional health bureaus and infant welfare centers, where vaccinations will not be given to babies.

Doctors wanted MORE PAY (what's new?) and BETTER CARE for their patients.(The docs are FIGHTING the GOVERNMENT for better patient care)

It's coming to America. Rahm and Ike Emannuel can be thanked and their puppet boy Obama.

Hmm, did you EVER hear or read about this doctor strike. Doctors were also protesting in England.

Vote NO in NOvember! Reclaim the Senate and Presidency.

Rahm is going to run crying to his mommy back in his homeland in Israel after applying Obama's stupid principles in Chicago. They don't work now. They didn't work before and they won't work in the future. People are realizing this slowly and Obama is probably starting to sweat over it. If he's not, he should.

Unions of utilities are threatening to go on strike during record heat temperatures, which would surly condem some to death, but hey, in the union it's all about the (me)aspect.

Brilliant comparison!
Privatized utilities could then go with the
Oil Companies models
Jacking Elec rates to $10KwH during the summer
and NatGat to $5 Therm during the winter
Based purely on investor speculation
while blaming it on
"Supply & Demand"

Because surely a private company
beholden only to it's shareholders
would NEVER be so callous
& profit driven
as to just think of the
(me) aspect.

with the deathrate of this town higher than afghanistan and some of the strictest, but unenforced gun laws in the country, I think residents would see no real difference with no cops around.

, the first to be private should be the ems, do you know in the city of chicago if they are one person short on a fire truck they don't even respond, the unions are only there to get a paycheck, and they have put the firefighters and the city against each other,
