Rubio’s working draft of similar legislation would grant legal immigration status to such immigrant children who were brought to the United States illegally by their parents, as long as they graduated from college or served honorably in the military. His legislation would grant such a young adult a legal visa to stay in the country BUT would require them to apply for citizenship just like the rest of the immigrants, as opposed to the bill drafted by Sen. Richard Durbin (D-Ill.), which would give an advantage to those immigrants in gaining citizenship.

I say if they aren't applying for legal citizenship now, giving them a legal visa IS NOT going to inspire them to apply. It's just a bonus. A freebie. Not a good idea. Sorry.

He is too smart and too young....Thats a "JOE" JOB...A Bucket Of Warm Spit....Rubio has a long future to look foward too. Even if Rommney became President,I doubt being in the hole America is in by OBAMA'S Doings,,change will take years to get America back! Romney may not get it back, and if Rubio is with him??? Remember Dan Quale??.Edwards?.for that matter any Vice President???Its Political OBLIVION...Other than Trueman,,LBJ? and Ford Who else?? The vice President Dreams of his boss dropping dead! The Election time most important will be,,When Hillary gets in the race to be President.Already BUBBA is working towards that goal, patronizing those who are running in congress and the Senate.... This is a Machiavellian classic...In the dark of night, under cover,AMERICA is being subjected by Scoundrels,Whore Masters,Pimps,Thieves, and those seeking absolute power!

That's like saying the Pope isn't interested in being a porn star. Ooops, probably a bad example considering the Pope's history of making "home movies"...... Oh well, you get the idea!

Romney said people of all sorts of cultures, including people of Latino cultures, are just fine people. People of Hispanics should feel proud then and the gratitude to Romney by embracing . As all know, legitimacy is what all people are looking for, and this would definitely identify with many Hispanic people , for all good people do know that is the right thing to do. People of Hispanics , just like many others , do not like frauds, fraudulence, fake people and unreal people like Obama and his people, and that is all that matters to the goodness of Hispanics as well. Therefore, there are many opportunities available for Latinos to go through the proper procedure and get a lot of citizenship too when they do the things right . To Latino people, it is just Obama is full of too many failures, as a very unable person, especially in the bad immigration process and job area. So Romney would be great for people of Latino cultures too, to make life work, especially in the areas like immigration and jobs, and that would be just fine for Latinos who should not forsake of what are all good for them, to do well by electing Romney. GO FOR IT THEN.

Well, if Rubio said he'd be interested in 2016, that can only mean that Obama will be re-elected, cuz if Romney won in 2012 he'd be running in 2016.

An anchor baby telling illegals "y'all gotta git out." The irony. But seriously, Rubio won't take the job because he doesn't want the Mittens' stench on him for 2016.

In Arizona during the Primary Debate on CNN, Romney said the Arizona SB 1070 Immigration Law was the model for the nation and if he's elected, on day one he would drop the federal law suits against Arizona for enforcing the provisions of SB 1070. Hispanics across the country could be detained and forced by Law Enforcement to prove their citizenship and make them self deport. Those are Fascist practices. Making citizens prove their citizenship on demand, that's pretty much how things are done in Vietnam, and North Korea.

Immigrants can enlist now if they have legal permanent resident status, the education equialent to a high school diploma, and can speak acceptable English. And in July 2002, President George W. Bush signed an executive order to make any non-citizen recruit eligible for U.S. citizenship after one day of honorable service during a time of war. Without citizenship, members cannot gain security clearance, limiting the enlisted slots they can fill.
