Obama criticizes McCain for 'naive' foreign policy

Barack Obama laid into John McCain on Friday for advancing a tough-guy foreign policy that he called "naive and irresponsible," serving notice that he's ready to launch a full-throttle challenge to the Republican presidential contender on international relations in the general election campaign.

McCain can't go unanswered. If you or McCain do not expect an immediate answer to Republican conjecture on this level then you are more naive than most.

McCain is stuck with many aspects of a failed policy along with the rest of the Republicans.

Any transition McCain comes up with is still a handoff between the people who screwed everything up.

What the F__k does Obama know about foreign policy?
The below is all Obama's foreign policy experience:

Published on Thursday, June 14, 2007 by The Toronto Star
Obama’s Muslim Heritage
by Haroon Siddiqui
JAKARTA–Barack Hussein Obama Jr. spent part of his youth here in Indonesia, the world’s most populous Muslim nation.
The entrance foyer to his elementary school has a photograph, 2 metres by 1.3 metres, of the hajj, the annual Muslim pilgrimage to Mecca in Saudi Arabia.
Ten steps into the crowded rectangular courtyard and you can see his old homeroom, adjacent to the stairway leading to the second floor mosque, where he studied Islam.
He had a different name then, Barry Soetoro, after his stepfather.
His mother, the Kansas-born Ann Dunham, first married a Kenyan, Barack Hussein Obama. Her second husband was the Indonesian Lolo Soetoro, with whom she moved here in 1967.
Obama was enrolled in a Catholic primary school, and then for his Grades 3 and 4 in what is now called the Model Primary School, a much-sought after public school in an elite leafy neighbourhood.
Three of his teachers have said he was enrolled as a Muslim. In his autobiography, Dreams From My Father, he mentions his Qur’an studies here.
A classmate of his in Jakarta has said that Obama used to wear a sarong and accompany his father to the neighbourhood mosque, but that his mother used to go to church.

Obama is dangerous and uninformed. He is an anti-American. His election would be a disaster that would set us back for years.

He is the worst candidate Democrats have come up with in my lifetime.

How can a man run for President of this great
nation and not be proud of our flag? How can his wife not be proud of the US? How can he be friends with known terrorists? Known racists?
Why did he attempt to hide his white mother and instead talk of his white grandmother?

This guy is like The Manchurian Candidate!

At least, he's going to lose in a landslide!

On October 10, 2002, Shelley Berkley was among the 81 House Democrats who voted in favor of authorizing the invasion of Iraq.

Yes Congress Shelly Berkley must authorize this invasion.

Because of her power to do so many Americans soldiers have died there minds forced into horrible things to see and lost limbs.

Many of our wonderful soldiers have not had the chance to grow old or have children because of her personal vendetta of others who are not as powerful and human as she is.

If Obama is so sensitive about this issue, but why didn't he criticize Jimmy Carter when he met with Hamas?

I fully agree with Obama.

If you want peace like the rest of the world and most Governments, one must sit down with rogue leaders and settle matters. Not sitting down with your opponents is a form of false pride and that the reason, like the French, now see Americans as belligerent people even though we do humugus humanitarian deeds.

Sitting down is a position of strenght not weakness.

I see Iraq as a Peacekeeping Mission not a War and our Military are being used as Police Officers.

Lets face the facts John McCain is a trained Military Man and can fight will fight forever.

The objectives of Iraq were met several years ago. We took Hussein out of power and no WMD.

We won along time ago!!!

The PeaceKeeping Mission is draining the economy to the point several finacial institutions are ready to collapse as well the the stock market.

The Federal Interest rates headed toward zero and when the baby boomers retire the Dow will be at 8,000 if your lucky. Is that MCcains direction ?

Iraq poses no threat to the US-per Pettraus.

Americans can run there Autos on Water.

President Bush wants the Saudis to release more oil then why doesn't he reduce our reserves like his father and the price of gas dropped 33 %

We should not be running autos trains and buses on oil. We should be running autos on the Suns energy or on Hydrogen power. How long ago was the Hydrogen bomb developed, How deep is the ocean ? and were still running on oil ? It's a disgrace

Hope this is the last Hurrah for Big Oil who are simply socking it to the American people.!!

President Bush could regulate the price of gas. He could do so many things and does nothing !!

It's United we Stand but you have to stand for something in order to remain standing.Fighting for oil is not standing for anything anymore.

How much does the President have invested in oil coming from Texas ? it appears he hasn't severed his ties.

It's a needless fight !!

McCain Financial Advsior Is advocating a reduction in Social Security. This is nonesense.

People plan there entire life and then have the rug pulled out from under them. It goes to the heart of John MCain philosphy. He only concern with his own self interest like the President.

It's still we the people !!

Realistically, Why would anyone vote for John McCain ? He doesn't represent change. He's tied heavily to lobbyist. Kids don't want him.

The PeaceKeeping Mission is draining the economy and now beholding to the Chinese.Wall Street couldn't possibly want him.

Oil prices are ridiculous and no apparent reason other then greed. With MCCain there be no end in sight and prices will continue to rise and the value of the dollar will be lucky to be equivalent to the Italien Lire

I don't have one legitimate reason to vote for Senator McCain. He doesn't have a real legitmate solution to the border situation.

We have so many problems on the home front that have been badly neglected and he's still over in the Middle East.

What about us ? What about America John ?

Our corruption maybe as bad as Iraq ?

Tell your Mama I'm for Obama !

Why is it, when it comes to politics, and people don't agree with you they relegate you to a level of naivety or stupidity. It makes me laugh!

Maybe he didn't critisize Carter because Carter is a private citizen, not a government representative?

BTW, McCain wanted to talk to Hamas two years ago:

Hypocrisy on Hamas
McCain Was for Talking Before He Was Against It
http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/content/...

Transcript and video:

Two years ago, in an interview with James Rubin for Sky News, Sen. John McCain expressed a willingness to negotiate with the terrorist group Hamas -- the very group that McCain has been relentlessly using to smear Sen. Barack Obama over the last several weeks.

Rubin has written an op-ed in Friday's Washington Post about his exchange with McCain, and The Huffington Post has obtained exclusive video. Here's the key excerpt:

RUBIN: "Do you think that American diplomats should be operating the way they have in the past, working with the Palestinian government if Hamas is now in charge?"

McCAIN: "They're the government; sooner or later we are going to have to deal with them, one way or another, and I understand why this administration and previous administrations had such antipathy towards Hamas because of their dedication to violence and the things that they not only espouse but practice, so ... but it's a new reality in the Middle East. I think the lesson is people want security and a decent life and decent future, that they want democracy. Fatah was not giving them that."

Given that exchange, the new John McCain might say that Hamas should be rooting for the old John McCain to win the presidential election. The old John McCain, it appears, was ready to do business with a Hamas-led government, while both Clinton and Obama have said that Hamas must change its policies toward Israel and terrorism before it can have diplomatic relations with the United States.

Even if McCain had not favored doing business with Hamas two years ago, he had no business smearing Barack Obama. But given his stated position then, it is either the height of hypocrisy or a case of political amnesia for McCain to inject Hamas into the American election.
http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2008/05/15/excl...

McCain is a sellout who will do or say anything to win the White House.
