Yaaaaaaaawn...save your key strokes, Davey. You're nothing but a left wing, socialist democrat who believes everything the Obama administration feeds you.

Like lily, you probably still think Romney killed "that woman".

It gets worse,The ASST.AG Perez the lying POS.
Lied to get the case dismissed??? If he was
White he would def have been charged with
Perjury??????????
In a little noted decision on July 23, a federal district court judge concluded that internal DOJ documents about the New Black Panther Party voter intimidation case “contradict Assistant Attorney General [Thomas] Perez’s testimony that political leadership was not involved in” the decision to dismiss the case.
In other words, the sworn testimony of Perez, the Obama political appointee who heads the Civil Rights Division, before the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights was apparently false.…
But what is most disturbing about this court order is that it strongly suggests that Assistant Attorney General Thomas Perez essentially lied in sworn testimony. At a hearing before the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights on May 14, 2010, Perez was asked by Commissioner Peter Kirsanow whether “any political leadership [was] involved in the decision not to pursue this particular case.” Perez’s answer, on page 79 of the transcript of that hearing, is an uncategorical “No.” When the statements of Perez are compared to the documents that Judicial Watch forced DOJ to release in the FOIA lawsuit, it is clear Judge Walton was polite when he said they are contradictory and “cast doubt on the accuracy” of Perez’s account.
A less diplomatic judge might have said that Perez testified falsely in his hearing testimony before the Commission on Civil Rights. In other words, he may have committed perjury if he knew his statements were false when uttered.
So Perez lied for Obama re the Case??????????
I can assure you that whatever happened also happened within the Bush DOJ.

Just in the other ethnic direction.

Does that make it right? No. Does it make it permissible? Yes.

So my concern with what one small radical faction of a political party didn't concern it's self with when it was in power is no concern at all.

But is of some interest to watch right wing hypocrisy at work.

Revealed: Romney Campaign’s Attempts to Deny Paul Ryan’s Insider Trading Don't Add Up
Team Romney wants you to believe Ryan didn’t really profit from privileged information. Don’t buy it.
Over the weekend, the Richmonder blog broke what looked like a whopper of a story: that Republican vice-presidential hopeful Paul Ryan had lined his pockets from information he had obtained from a now-legendary meeting that took place on September 18, 2008.
Checking through Ryan’s financial disclosure reports, the Richmonder discovered that Ryan had sold the stocks of several major banks that day, while purchasing – surprise!– stock in Paulson’s old firm Goldman Sachs. The story quickly circulated through the media

Black-owned Businesses, Which Helped Fulton Street Survive, Fall Victim to its Revival
Fri, Aug 10, 2012
When Eva Daniels locked up her real estate office for the last time, in January 2009, she was closing the door on more than two decades of business. Daniels was one of the few agents then working in Fort Greene, so most of the people moving in or out of the neighborhood came through her small storefront on Fulton Street.“Everyone knew Eva Daniels,” she said.“I was that shop on the corner.”

When Daniels opened the office in 1986, most of her clients were African-American and the homes she sold were generally under market value; many outsiders considered Fort Greene a precarious neighborhood. But in 1999, when she sold a house for more than half a million dollars to a white buyer, she knew things were changing.

So in 2009, when the lease for her store came up for negotiation and her landlord informed her that someone was offering to pay double her rent, Daniels wasn’t surprised. Unable to afford the steep rise in rent, Daniels moved out, and began working as a realtor out of her home. Her old storefront now houses an office for Prudential Douglas Elliman real estate, a firm that previous specialized in upscale Manhattan properties.

The case has not been settled.

Besides why wouldn't a Republican judge decide for voter suppression that lowers the Democratic vote. It helps them get re-elected.

House members' VIP loans excluded from subpoena: docs
August 15, 2012
WASHINGTON — A Democratic committee chairman overrode his own subpoena three years ago in an investigation of former subprime mortgage lender Countrywide Financial Corp. to exclude records showing that he, other House members and congressional aides got VIP discounted loans from the company, documents show.

The procedure to keep the names secret was devised by Rep. Edolphus Towns, D-N.Y. In 2003, the 15-term congressman had two loans processed by Countrywide's VIP section, which was established to give discounts to favored borrowers.
The effort at secrecy was reversed when Towns' Republican successor as chairman of the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee, California Rep. Darrell Issa, issued a second subpoena.

It yielded Countrywide records identifying four current House members, a former member and five staff aides whose loans went through the VIP unit. Towns was on the list.

Most of the names had dribbled out to the media by the time Issa issued the committee's final report last month on Countrywide's use of loan discounts to buy influence with government officials. But there was no official confirmation until Issa made his report public.

Towns' effort to keep the loans secret was at odds with statements by Republicans and Democrats alike that full disclosure of lawmakers' financial dealings was the best means for keeping the public aware of congressional perks, unethical conduct and fundraising.

Countrywide had been the nation's largest home loan originator before the housing market collapse. Many of its borrowers were left unable to repay mortgages that, in many cases, required no proof of income or a down payment. The company was purchased in 2008 by Bank of America, which now holds the VIP loan files.
The original Towns subpoena had asked for all files that went through the Countrywide VIP unit and specifically mentioned House members and aides. Bank of America sent a spreadsheet that identified 18,000 files that listed a borrower's employer, but without names to maintain privacy.

"And the Romney campaign has explicitly stated that it will not preserve Obamacare’s cuts to Medicare.“Mitt Romney and Paul Ryan have always been fully committed to repealing Obamacare, ending President Obama’s $716 billion raid on Medicare, and tackling the serious fiscal challenges our country faces,” said Romney policy director Lanhee Chen in a Monday statement.“A Romney-Ryan Administration will restore the funding to Medicare, ensure that no changes are made to the program for those 55 or older, and implement the reforms that they have proposed to strengthen it for future generations.”

The fact is Mitt Romney was involved him closing the company (please don't insult intelligent people by claiming Mitt left Bain in 1999) & throwing this man out in the street without giving a rat's ass about it. It changed his life path for the worse. If he was still making the money hew was, maybe his wife would have gone to the doctor earlier. If he still had that job, he could have added her to his policy when she lost hers.
But the fact is Mitt Romney walked away with millions of dollars & left thousands of broken lives in his wake.
You can deny that all you want, but those are be facts.

“The government has no place in our bedroom?” interviewer Caleb Bonham asked one woman.

“No,” she asserted.

“So you’re in support of contraception, government-funded contraception — why do you believe the government should pay for what goes on inside your bedroom?”

The woman paused before answering,“That’s a very good question.”

And then there was the interviewee who declared she was “like, all for abortion, all for birth control.”

“So, you don’t think the government should be involved in what goes on inside the bedroom, correct?” Bonham repeated.

“Oh exactly, oh not even close, no,” she replied.

“So then why do you expect the government to pay for what goes on inside the bedroom?”

Another pause.“Because...uh...um...”
