You are right. The yellowcake that was shipped to Canada was known to the IAEA and had been "under seal" for years. I've always wondered why the IAEA didn't get rid of it when it was found. Did the IAEA plan to keep it "under seal" ad infinitum?
Now ... Why would the German intel agency say that Iraq was pursuing WMD? Do you believe German intel was lying when in 2001 it told the German parliament that Iraq still had an active WMD program? Was German intel lying when it stated that Iraq was pursuing a nuclear weapon?
