As I have asked before and never got a response. This is similar to Ehren Watada and they tried to court martial him, what is the difference? Ehren Watada called the war and illegal war. He had the courage to resist in 06 and army attempted to court martial him until 2009. In fact the army attempted to charge him 2 times, you know double jeopardy. They were unable to court martial him and he was finally granted a discharge Oct. 2, "under other than honorable conditions,". I didn't hear any republican standing up for Army lieutenant named Ehren Watada back then.

Fortunately I was out of the military before he literally "TOOK" the office. I would have had to leave the military rather then serve under him. He isn't qualified, nor is he a legal citizen and many people have tried to make this clear but we have a government that is willing to allow it to continue despite repeated proof that he is unfit for the office of president.

BTW, I'm a libertarian Republican. I don't support Obama, but he is the CINC, and I am a soldier, and there are rules to be followed. Anarchy doesn't work in a military organization.

I,and others, HAVE charged him with Treason. Charges were lodged with The Supreme Court,the Department of Defense,the Fepartment pf Justice,.The FBI,ICE,USDC,District of DC Grand Jury,New Tork State Elections Board,NY State Attorney General,the Tonawanda,NY Police,the USDC for the Western District of NY,the Hague (ICC) et al. See also Laity v. The State of New York Board of Elections,Ballot Access Challenge/Petition to keep Obama OFF the Ballot for President because of Treason and election fraud. Many elected officials have also been apprised of these facts.

I am concerned when anyone of any party is unjustly treated. Given the extreme national security risk that Obama presents,I must focus on having HIM removed from office. Mr. Watada's case will be researched by me.If I can help I will.
