The United States is an independent and sovereign nation that has the absolute right to determine who its citizens are. The US is not a colony of Indonesia.

I once stayed at a hotel at St. Ignace, my wife and I had a fabulous view of the Great Lakes, right at the interface of Lake Huron and Lake Michigan. We then went bicycling around Mackinac Island. Earlier went to a small town in Michigan and saw (and heard the Bachman's Warbler.) I can still replay the warbler's song in my mind.
