If you went to the church and asked to see them they would say No.

Rogue Scholar 05 wrote: Yep, it is sad that there are 535 political cowards in our Congress. BUT the rube who was too gutless to gain appointment to the United States Military Academy at West Point or to accomplish ANYTHING during his more than 20-years in the military while being paid from the taxpayer-funded welfare rolls, calls someone else a COWARD. The biggest and most cowardly traitors in the U.S. are on this site: rube and Frank -- 40+ years between them on taxpayer-funded welfare, and they accomplished absolutely nothing. rube will reply that GENERAL Powell was a grunt.

LMAO at you streetcorner pimp. DAB Then explain "across the pond". Why is Canada across the pond from the USA? And keep it clean and insult-free. Yes, how is Canada "across te pond" from the US?

Grand Birther wrote: BREAKING! PROOF! Obama Was An Indonesian Citizen - No More Speculation. http://www.youtube.com/watch... It is a FACT that Barack Obama was registered in Indonesia as an Indonesian citizen named Barry Soetoro because that is what he was. SHEEPLE, the question for you to answer is on what date did Barry Soetoro become Barack Obama again, and how do you prove it? Huh? Not breaking, not proof of anything, except birfoon stupidity. Old, tired, discredited, nonsense. A school registration form could not revoke President Obama's NATURAL BORN CITIZENSHIP. Even if his parents swore that he was an Indonesian citizen, and even if he was legally adopted, his Natural Born US citizenship would have remained intact. It's the LAW in the United States of America. Even if Indonesia had declared his US citizenship null and void, that would have no effect in this country. The United States is an independent and sovereign nation that has the absolute right to determine who its citizens are. The US is not a colony of Indonesia. Why do birfoons, who claim to be loyal to the US, wish to throw US sovereignty under the bus? Purely because of hate. What disloyal slatternly fickle losers. Wade Michael Page would be proud of you! Grow up!

Razors Edge tic wrote: It’s time to call Obama’s bluff. Romney should call a press conference and issue a challenge in front of the nation. He should agree to release more of his tax returns, only if Obama unseals his college records. Simple and straight-forward. Mitt should ask “What could possibly be so embarrassing in your college records from 29 years ago, that you are afraid to let America’s voters see it? College grades have no more bearing on presidential eligibility than does a state-issued birth document. The simple fact is that anyone who ever went to an elite Eastern university knows exactly how well Obama did based on his public academic record including the highly regarded BOOK that is on the desk of EVERY trial lawyer in the United States. Perhaps the Class should check out YOUR MV college grades (although it is obvious you probably didn't go to college) since you are totally ignorant about the ways and wherefores of our great nation's elite Eastern colleges). Why is it that YOU did not attend an elite Eastern college??? Short answer: poor SATs and low GPA at a marginal PUBLIC high school.

wojar wrote: The Obama administration did not "waive" the law. Under the law, HHS has the authority to prescribe regulations implementing the law. The rule changes, which were requested by Republican governors, permit greater flexibility in achieving the goals of the law. "What we saw was an opening for the states to get some flexibility to promote new ways to get welfare recipients onto payrolls." "Utah Gov. Gary Herbert, a Republican, said his state's request for a waiver 'stems from a desire for increased customization of the program to maximize employment among Utah's welfare recipients.' Brian Sandoval, Nevada's Republican governor, issued a similar statement." http://www.chicagotribune.com/news/opinion/ed ... The new rules allow STATES the ability to tailor methods of complying with the law to their particular circumstances, rather than requiring the STATES to conform to cumbersome and rigid "one size fits all" FEDERAL prescriptions. ==== Rogue Scholar 05 wrote: First of all that is an "opinion". ABSOLUTELY FALSE. Wojar is 100% correct regarding regulations. Once again you prove that you were too gutless and too dumb to gain an appointment to our great United States Military Academy at West Point, which is where EVERYone of your era went to college who wanted a military career. Let's face it, rube. You were too dumb and gutless.

DARE YOU to demonstrate with recognized authority that your president SEALED his academic record. Because you have NO EXPOSURE to higher education you don't know that EVERYONE'S academic record is not available for public view. You probably graduated (assuming that you are not a high school drop out) in the bottom 10% at Stagg. HOW PATHETIC TO BE SO STUPID!

And that is somehow a bad thing? Did you realize that when someone keeps their nose in their books and studies like hell, they are unlikely to meet very many people? Another red herring. When my late husband was at The Law School, we met more than a score of Columbia grads who spoke in awe about THEIR classmate Obama. They predicted then that he was destined for big things.

He also seems to think Connecticut is "across the pond", although I'm on the western side of the Connecticut River. Perhaps LRS is confused concerning the meaning of "the pond"? I once stayed at a hotel at St. Ignace, my wife and I had a fabulous view of the Great Lakes, right at the interface of Lake Huron and Lake Michigan. We then went bicycling around Mackinac Island. Earlier went to a small town in Michigan and saw (and heard the Bachman's Warbler.) I can still replay the warbler's song in my mind. Someday I might write a piano piece based on that warbler's motif. Just beautiful.

"11) Columbia senior thesis -- not released "15) Obama's record with Illinois State Bar Association -- sealed" ==== Ellen1 wrote: None of those are sealed. All are simply private, under privacy laws that go back decades. Romney has not shown similar data, nor did Bush or Clinton or any president. Simple examples of why the hateful louisville looney is probably the most stupid poster on any Topix site: 11) I have posted many, many times where his thesis may be accessed by anyone with scholarly credentials (that, of course, excludes the really stupid one). 15) "birthers" think the "Illinois State Bar Association" is the Illinois Supreme Court and its licensing agency. HOW INCREDIBLY STUPID!! The ISBA is a fraternal professional association of mostly downstate lawyers similar to the Elks. IF Obama even was a member, the entire ISBA record would consist of no more than a mailing label with his name and office address. Big city lawyers in Illinois belong to a fraternal professional association known as the Chicago Bar Association. Neither one has ANYTHING to do with licensing, attorney discipline, etc. Reference to the ISBA simply proves how stupid the "birthers" are. == "Founded in 1877, the Illinois State Bar Association is the premier legal association in the state. As a voluntary organization of more than 30,000 members, the Association's primary focus is to assist Illinois lawyers in the practice of law and to promote improvements in the administration of justice." http://www.isba.org/

Siouxweety wrote: <quoted text> You're a moronic brainwashed fool. Why do Democrats want to hold onto programs like government housing and food stamps? As Reagan once said, "The best social program is a job". Oh I don’t know Siouxweety. Could be that we actually buy into the notion that we are in fact our brothers keeper. Or it could be that some recipients will never be able to work and shouldn’t be left in the street and without housing and food because they may have psychological, physical impairments or work for McDonalds. LOL One would think with the five year lifetime cap on welfare benefits this discussion would have been over in 96. FYI “Slashing food stamps and public housing aid are curious targets for deficit reduction, some economists say. Last year allocations for food stamps totaled just $72 billion, while affordable housing vouchers amounted to only $18 billion. Together, the two anti-poverty programs comprise just 7 percent of the $1.3 trillion federal budget deficit and less than 3 percent of the $3.6 trillion federal budget” ‘Truly I tell you, whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers and sisters of mine, you did for me.’ Matthew 25:40
