Locked Up For Life Because She Couldn’t Trade Valuable Information And now she is locked up for life. ........ An Unjust Justice System While it is true that Castillo likely acted foolishly by entering into the strange business arrangement in the first place, her case highlights how high criminal sentences for drug offenses enhances the prosecution’s bargaining power often at the expense of individuals left to spend years or decades in prison for drug crimes. Castillo’s sentence is outrageous, especially in the light of the brutal murders being carried out daily in Mexico by the leaders of drug cartels, who remain at large. Where is the justice in that? Helicopter crash kills Kenyan gov't minister, 5 others outside capital of Nairobi By Tom Odula, The Associated Press | Associated Press NAIROBI, Kenya - Kenya's internal security minister was killed with five other people in a helicopter crash near the Kenyan capital on Sunday, the vice-president said. Minister George Saitoti and his assistant were among those killed when a police helicopter crashed on the outskirts of Nairobi, Vice-President Kalonzo Musyoka said. An Associated Press reporter saw the victims' charred remains that were scattered in a forest near Nairobi. Prime Minister Raila Odinga said at the scene of the accident that the death of Saitoti was a "great tragedy that has befallen our country at this time as we are making elaborate preparations to hold peaceful elections." It is rumored that Minister Saitoti was trying to bribe Barrack Obama for $20,000,000 or he would release suspicious documents. It was not immediately clear what caused the accident. Kenyan police cordoned off the scene of the crash and said they were investigating. Saitoti, an American-trained economist and mathematician, was one of the most visible figures in Kenyan politics. For over a decade he was a deputy to former President Daniel arap Moi. As security minister he was the government's spokesman on security matters including Kenya's decision to send troops to Somalia last year. Analysts say he played a key role in that decision. Saitoti appeared often on national television to reassure the public in the aftermath of deadly attacks blamed on the Somali militant group al-Shabab.

States Selling Prisons -- Including Inmates -- to Private Industry That's right -- states are so broke they've resorted to selling off their correctional facilities (with the prisoners inside) as a way to cut costs and make ends meet. In 2011, for instance, Ohio sold one of its prisons for $73 million to the Corrections Corporation of America (CCA), the largest private prison company in the country. And make no mistake: CCA and its ilk are eager buyers. As theHuffington Post reported in February, CCA sent a letter to 48 governors offering to buy -- not just manage, but acquire entirely -- prisons in their states. The company said it had earmarked $250 million for buying and running state-owned prisons as part of a "corrections investment initiative." http://www.opposingviews.com/i/money/states-s... # Private prison - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Private_prison Industry-funded studies often conclude that states can save money by using private prisons. It may be a lot of things but it has very little to do with 'Justice' no matter how you slice it. The country is in trouble, serious trouble and we just don't have the time or the money for this. We are spending billions, yes billions with a 'B, every day to carry out this absurd war on drugs, and at the same time we systemically destroying the rights that set this nation apart from all others for what? We should be going about the business of legalizing drug use, prostitution and gambling. If we did that we could, in one fell swoop, destroy the cartels, completely and replace them with a huge revenue stream of taxes generated by these pursuits. We could also regulate these activities, to an extant as the cartels would be gone, and at least keep most of these activities confined to consenting adults. I have previously looked at this issue before and by my calculations, using conservative figures, we could save $134 Million dollars a day, yes, that is $48.9 Billion a year, just on the cost of incarcerating these people alone. If you add in all of the other savings, trial expenses, investigatory expenses, extra staffing for police and the courts, and on and on the number grows. Now add in the additional tax revenues generated and I suspect we no longer have a deficit, monetarily or with respect to ‘justice’. Rich in New Mexico. Was Jefferson really a profane secularist? Exclusive: Ellis Washington reviews new book taking on deconstructionist movement .......... In the depressing, dystopian world of the Deconstructionism, Deconstructionists who dominate the liberal academy, the state-controlled media, the Democratic Socialist Party, as well as President Obama himself, all gleefully identify everything that can be viewed as a defects and sins of America’s Founding Fathers, tearing America apart brick by brick – yet they must realize that they have to falsify history to achieve this. Nevertheless they remain silent, even hostile about the multitude of historical evidence of America to be proud of and its many successes and heroes that have made this country the greatest nation in the history of the world. .......... http://www.wnd.com/2012/06/was-jefferson-real... A comment Jilly Bean The goal of the deconstructionists was quite simple: do away with God's moral order and replace it with a New (Satanic) World Order. The folks at the very top of this effort are few in number but they are serious satanists who truly hate God and God's moral order. Hence, they hate everything that comes from God, especially humanity which has a built-in mechanism to want to know God (yes, they can shut off the switch and turn against God; free will is free will). If they can chip away, in large chunks over the past several decades, at the foundations of the nation, they will be victorious (but only for a short season). That said, it would do y'all well to watch Perry Stone's video on that you ....com channel about the DC Earthquake. It will give you something to think about.

SOME TROUBLESOME OPEN QUESTIONS • Has anyone presented any EVIDENTIARY FACT that proves President Obama is not a natural-born American citizen? • Has anyone cited any o U.S. Constitutional provision o any statute o any final appellate court decision o any legal tradition that shows a state-issued birth document has any bearing on presidential eligibility under Art. II,§ 1,¶ 5 (orig’l) of the United States Constitution? • Has any so-called “birther” ever had the common sense to go to college so as to get one of those jobs where the average (median) graduate starts at $160,000 per year plus signing bonuses? • Has the grand idiot ever posted anything that shows any understanding of The Law and its fabric?
