Supreme Court to hear case on electronic surveillance

The Americans challenging the program say they have a "well-founded fear" that phone calls and other communications with overseas clients and sources are swept up in the "dragnet surveillance." The president blamed Republican ideals for the most sluggish jobs numbers in decades.
