US probes visa issued to Egypt terror group member

The State Department says it is looking into how a self-professed member of a banned Egyptian terrorist organization was issued a U.S. visa and traveled to Washington this week for meetings with senior Obama administration... Senate aides from both parties say a deal seems in sight to avert a doubling of student loan interest rates on July 1.
