After reading Ned's rambling, disjointed, and confused screed, I now understand why Lieberman cleaned his clock in 2006.

So, the Courant trots out bitter Ned Lamont. At this time in our history - the fight against Islamic Fascism - is the most important test we face. If we lose this struggle, we lose everything. That's not bigoted at all. He didn't disparage people of Israel. He said that is Joe's main concern which is as clear as day. He was an anti-war activist during Vietman, but now he is the strong war man. Don't see a parallel?

Don't try to make this into an attack on Jewish people, because it is not. Many people here are just sick of fighting all of Israel's battles. I'd say the same thing if we were talking about any other country that gets us in so much trouble.

A welcome on the op-ed page when you consider we've had a steady diet of the neocon shills Will and Krauthammer. Lamont's too kind to label Lieberman as a war-mongering Israeli agent, which his actions would lead one to suspect.
