Lying is a sin, remember? HOW MANY priests were neither suspended or prosecuted?

Suspension refers to a period of time in which one is not allowed to perform one's duties. Defrocked--a perfectly good word regardless of religion--means to be removed entirely from the clergy.

I find your defense of child-rapers amusing too.
pupsilicious wrote:
<quoted text> He you , when one reports a priest for sexual misconduct they are suspended and prosecuted. defrocked is a word used by anti catholic bigots. They think its cute to use that word defrocked, which by the way means the same as being suspended, he is suspended from saying the mass. come on, show us even more , you really show your ignorance which i find really funny and entertaining.

*Catholic extermination camps
"Surpisingly few know that Nazi extermination camps in World War II
were by no means the only ones in Europe at the time. In the years
1942-1943 also in Croatia existed numerous extermination camps, run by
Catholic Ustasha under their dictator Ante Paveliç, a practising
Catholic and regular visitor to the then pope. There were even
concentration camps exclusively for children!
In these camps - the most notorious was Jasenovac, headed by a
Franciscan friar - orthodox-Christian serbians (and a substantial
number of Jews) were murdered. Like the Nazis the Catholic Ustasha
burned their victims in kilns, alive (the Nazis were decent enough to
have their victims gassed first). But most of the victims were simply
stabbed, slain or shot to death, the number of them being estimated
between 300,000 and 600,000, in a rather tiny country. Many of the
killers were Franciscan friars. The atrocities were appalling enough
to induce bystanders of the Nazi "Sicherheitsdient der SS", watching,
to complain about them to Hitler (who did not listen). The pope knew
about these events and did nothing to prevent them."

Don't you people ever get tired of only looking at your anti Christian sites?

From wikipedia;

Searching for work, his family moved to the village of Jezero outside Jajce where Pavelić attended primary school—a Muslim Maktab. Here Pavelić learned Muslim traditions and lessons that influenced his attitude towards Bosnia and its Muslims. Pavelić also attended a Jesuit primary school in Travnik, growing up in a Muslim-majority city. Bosnian Muslim culture was later to become a major influence on his political views.[4]

Hmmm...having read Simon Sebag Montefiore's "Stalin," and "Hitler's Social Revolution" by David Schoenbaum, as well as Joachim C. Fest's "Hitler," and Robert Conquest's "Stalin: Breaker of Nations," I'm not sure I'd say with any degree of certainty that either Hitler or Stalin "embraced" their Catholic upbringings.
They've both been described as "lazy, arrogant," and "fancying themselves as leaders."
While Stalin had been recalled as having more obvious "bully" characteristics than Hitler did, they both seemed to have a knack for holding grudges.
Yeah I'd read some of Mao's long-winded pontification about "Contradiction." A little of that goes a long way; he's basically playing word-games and saying little or nothing worthwhile but adding lots of "filler" to make himself "sound" more educated and intelligent than his "readers." However, like "Mein Kampf," a careful reader can see the writing on the wall.
Stalin did exactly the same thing--he was consciously trying to "ape" Lenin's prose but failed miserably...as did Mao IMO!
That said, I still think that the point "Ink" was trying to make was a valid one...we've been hammering them with the Catholic connection between Hitler and Stalin's upbringing but, I believe, knowing full-well that neither one were actively arguing that the elimination of their "enemies" was in-line with the teachings of Catholicism...
Hi John

She is only civil to you because you wear a PC badge but you won't get her to see two sides of anything. For her there is only one side, hers and it is usually the 'I hate Catholics' point of view.

Yeah, I know. You're going to justify this garbage by claiming everyone sins and because you confess, the Lord forgives, despite the fact that you do the same shit over and over but I digress. I just find it interesting, albeit very hypocritical, that you're so quick to point out the sins of others when you're not free of it yourself. As far as who's a Catholic or not, that's up to the Good Lord to decide that and last time I checked, you are NOT Him.

Like the hate the atheists and "pagans" get on here from the faux-Christians?

Anybody can add content to that Wikipedia site. In college we were never allowed to cite it as a source for just that reason.

And I don't see you complaining when your fellow fundies use Catholic sites as sources. There's no way those aren't biased.

Yet, it's always okay when one of you PC use it, and yes, that site has been used by PC to try to prove their claims at times.
