Since the method of achieving a favorable rating is based on polling of proven lib voters, it is meaningful that even within that group his approval rating is in a downward trend.
His ship has run aground and the rodents are leaving. I expect to see several high profile individuals in his cabinet to announce their retirement well before the up coming election. They want to limit the tarnish and hope the citizen voters will not remember that they were part of Obama's administration.
