Akin needs to go, if he won't then the republicans need to put someone up as a write in, fund them and when ever it is brought up point out that Akin is not their candidate.

He should have quit with dignity when he had the chance, now he just looks like a spoiler. His type of thinking is NOT needed in the Republican party. It's one thing to be against abortion and another to put forth such crack brained statements not supported by any medical facts. It's akin to wanting to burn witches. Stupid and dumb and if he's that stupid we certainly do not need him in the Senate.

...cause if she does...which is very likely at 78...you can use those vouchers to paper your wall. Cause no health insurance will take on a 78 year old with pre-existing condition for the value of Ryan's voucher.

Akins has big time support from far right groups like Family Research Council,American Family, American Vision, and other Christian groups.

They all know that Akin, Ryan, GOP platform all believe the same thing. Feds should ban abortions period, no exceptions.

GOP higher ups and those repugs on this board calling for Akins to go are upset for vocalizing GOP thoughts.

When a woman is at the hospital, the night of the rape, who is the Fed representative that determines if the woman was raped "forceablly"?

Ryan running from his buddy and his words...even though his "forceably raped" Bill also makes a difference between "forceably raped" vs some other kind of rape.

That is a lie. Romney has already been interviewed about Akin, answered the questions, and went on to other subjects. Everyone knows how the Democrats play the press, and the press attempts to play the Republicans, only this time it isn't working. There is too much at stake this time, the whole country. No time for silly games. People are saying this could be our last election if we don't do it right.
