You didn't state any facts, you only gave your opinon. And I think you are full of it.<quoted text>I know - It's hard to rebut specific FACTS. FACTS are such a bitch to brainwashed Reich-wingers!
Here's a couple new facts:
1. Cumulus Media, which owns several radio stations that broadcast Rush Limbaugh’s radio program, told financial analysts that the boycott of Limbaugh’s advertisers cost them millions of dollars in revenue through the first two quarters of the year.“It hit us pretty hard,” an executive said.
2. Gas prices continued their steady decline this week, falling roughly 20 cents in recent weeks to $3.76 nationally. Despite the blame they heaped on Obama when gas prices were rising, none of have credited the president for falling prices, and some have even continued the attack.
So what if some media company had reduced revenues due to a leftist boycott? They didn't actually LOSE any money, Rush still gets paid, and the message still gets out. Kudos to Rush for speaking his mind regardless of the monetary consequences. Who was that un-named "executive" anyways. Any evidence?
Gasoline is "down" to $3.79 here, from a high of $3.89. Let's break out the champagne! It's only got to fall another buck, buck and a half per gallon to reach the level President Bush left us with.
When gas is priced where it was then, I'll consider giving Obama some credit.
Face it, Obama has openly stated that he believes higher gas prices are good for the nation. The people who voted for him got exactly what he promised them.
