Call the Congressmen and tell one of the Staffers you would like to donate $1 Million to defeat who ever his opponent. He's going to call you.

no you can't call the president. You can vote. You can join AARP. You can belong to a union. You can join many other groups. The president can't speak with 300 million people. You can write letters, post on forums, donate to causes you believe in, and many other things. You can and do have a voice if you choose to. If a person wants to run an ad they can do so. A person can do mass mailing. If you have the money. To deny such it is a violation of the first Amendment. We don't need less speech we need more.
