One of the investigators wanted to do that but was wrong, he wanted to charge him with manslaughter just to charge him with something, he knew he could not support a charge of murder but hated to not charge him with something so he picked a lesser offense out of the air which is not supported by the facts.
As spelled out in Florida Statute 782.07, manslaughter is a killing caused by an individual’s “culpable negligence.”
In Zimmerman's case, "culpable negligence" would be the fact that he decided to chase after Tray, thus provoking the confrontation.

Funny how all this happend in 2008, and then Obama sealed his records on his first day in office. As Obama's talking heads have ask of Romney, what are your hiding Mr. Obama.

That's a re-do of my grandpa's joke.

But your post is interesting, I know Zimmerman was told not to pursue Trayvon. He has to take some responsibility for that.

I know what you said. I was pointing out that quite frankly most Americans didn't even know the whole story, thanks to the dishonesty of the race baiters and scumbags in the LSM.
What do you have against the LSM (Lutheran Student Movement)?

O.K. So you joined the RLEC (Rush Limbaugh Evangelical Church.) I know now you can't "hear" another point of view without lashing out. I hope you like living under the Corporatocracy our Republic is turning into. I hope you are well-versed on ALEC...

Corporatocracy: Rule by an oligarchy of corporate elites through the manipulation of a formal democracy.

After the Supreme Court's decision in the Citizen's United case, the movement of the US towards a corporatocracy is complete. Yeah, Corporations are People.

Corporations are associations of people, just like labor unions, and have the right to participate in the political process.

Liberals hate that.

You don't know any more about the evidence than you do.

Stalking is a very board word. It can be looked at many ways. That will all come out in court.

If I'm out for a morning walk, and walking on the road or trail and someone is walking in front of me going the same way am I stalking?

Mr. Zimmerman was where he should have been doing the job he was there to do. Because some 911 person says something doesn't make it law. Mr. Zimmerman has the right to walk where he wants.
Now was little 6 foot 2 trayvon trespassing in a gaited area I don't know, But if it has a gate on it that should tell you something. But like what has been said, You coloreds want to hang Zim and don't care if he is guilty or not. Your just looking to hang Mr. Zimmerman because he put one of your kind down. little trayvex attack Zim and trayprick got what he was asking for. But all this will come out in court.

Just because someone is not armed with a gun or a knife maybe a club doesn't main they can't kill you. Many people have been killed or bad hurt in a bare hand attack.

I'll bet if trayvon was white the same thing would have happened. If someone is beating the crap out of you your not going to care what color he is. But if Trayvon was white we never would have heard anything about it. The race beaters Al and Jessie would not have been talking about it.

Nowhere in the bible does it claim the earth is flat. Some say certain language in scripture imply that the earth is flat but others claim it is a misinterpretation of the wording. Scripture does mention that God existed before time began and the accepted theory today is time began with the creation of the universe so maybe those sheepherders were on to something.

A person who is not engaged in an unlawful activity and who is attacked in any other place where he or she has a right to be has no duty to retreat, and has the right to stand his or her ground, and meet force with force, including deadly force if he or she reasonably believes it is necessary to do so to prevent death or great bodily harm to himself ,herself or another, or to prevent the commission of a forcible felony.

Sucker punching someone and breaking his/her nose is aggravated battery, a forcible felony,

Slamming one's head on concrete with the intent to commit grievous bodily harm is aggravated battery, a forcible felony.

He broke no law by not following the 911 dispatcher's suggestion. It has no force of law behind it. In hindsight it may have been a bit stupid to follow him but being stupid is not illegal. Could you imagine how many prisons would have to be built to incarcerate people who were found guilty of stupidity?

On the question of whether or not Iraq was involved in 9-11, there was never any evidence to prove that,” he (Cheney) told the Fox host.“There was “some reporting early on … but that was never borne out…[Former CIA Director] George [Tenet]… did say and did testify that there was an ongoing relationship between al-Qaeda and Iraq, but no proof that Iraq was involved in 9-11.”

Cheney didn't need proof to whip up the American people that has cost the lives of thousands of innocent Iraqis and American troops. In the new Dick Armey (R) book, Armey says that Cheney lied to him about Saddam and al-Qaeda.

The threat Cheney described went far beyond public statements that have been criticized for relying on "cherry-picked" intelligence of unknown reliability. There was no intelligence to support the vice president's private assertions, Gellman reports, and they "crossed so far beyond the known universe of fact that they were simply without foundation."

"Did Dick Cheney ... purposely tell me things he knew to be untrue?" Armey said. "I seriously feel that may be the case.... Had I known or believed then what I believe now, I would have publicly opposed [the war] resolution right to the bitter end, and I believe I might have stopped it from happening."

"We don't NEED you to do that." Please translate how those words equate to .DO NOT FOLLOW HIM. The dispatchers words were "We don't need you to do that". Not to mention "following" and "pursuing" have different meanings and implications. The dispatcher asked if Zimmerman was "following" Martin NOT pursuing him.

See how the "beliefs" turn into "truths"?
It is a kind of a religious movement.
Which do you quote more, the bible or Rush Limbaugh?
for it to be tax evasion wouldn't you have to prove that it was money earned in the US and not already taxed somewhere else?

Amazing what happens when you are involved in supernatural events that may suspend the laws of physics.

Yet even today we often speak of the four corners of the earth. Does that mean we believe the earth is flat and square shaped? I bet you have commented many times about a beautiful sunrise or sunset. I don't have to remind you that the sun does NOT rise, the sun does NOT set, yet it doesn't prevent you, or should I say we, from using those inaccurate words. A sunset would be more accurately defined as an earth rise and a sunrise more accurately described as an earth set but perception still rules the day.

The landscape of America is full of all kinds of twists and turns that lead one to the conclusion that the births of the Confederacy and Republic were more cesareans than natural events. But if you were to ask the average man or woman, as well as those who understand the deepness of money and law, the one issue they generally know nothing of is the very hub around which it all turns: White slavery.

It sounds a bit dramatic, but any White American who doesn’t understand the slavery issue is likely a modern day debt-slave. Ignorance is bliss and the best slave to have is one who thinks he’s free. You can’t be a little bit indentured or a little bit free because any compromise on such a life-controlling contract is an indenture all by itself.

Most of us today think slavery has black skin and African ancestry. The subconscious idea goes that if your skin isn’t black and your ancestry not African you are far from a slave (or the descendant of one for that matter). Wrong! As a natural born White American, unless your family immigrated to America after the 18th century, it could be said that there’s upwards of a fifty percent chance you come from a line of American slaves who were worked long before the first African was even brought to the continent.

While we won’t be talking about distinctions between bondage in Europe and other places, we can say that the New World slavery machine was as terrible and psychologically scarring for Whites as it ever was for Blacks or anyone else who was subjected to it. The only practical distinctions we can really make revolve around the freshness of the scars.

Therefore, there is no reason to belittle it when we focus on what it has done, and continues to do, to Whites in America and in Europe where this particular brand of slavery was manufactured. Michael Hoffman opens his book with the following statement:

"They were of two sorts, first such as were brought over by masters of ships to be sold as servants.'Such as we call them my dear,' says she,'but they are more properly called slaves.'" (Daniel Defoe, Moll Flanders)
This is a history of White people that has never been told in any coherent form, largely because most modern historians have, for reasons of politics or psychology, refused to recognize White slaves in early America as just that.
Today, not a tear is shed for the sufferings of millions of our own enslaved forefathers. 200 years of White slavery in America have been almost completely obliterated from the collective memory of the American people.

Educate yourselves just a lil bit America,Sorry

Oh yeah, the USA and its people are just a lil bit
