Discriminating in such a manner is a violation of Amendment I of the U.S. constitution, a no brainer. The government cannot endorse a religion, that doesn't mean that public officials cannot participate in religion on their own time. Regardless of what religion a public official is, the fact is that their decisions must meet constitutional limitations or the other branches of government have to step in make corrections, that's why we have a division of goverment by the three branches and further division of powers invested in the several states. I don't really care if our president or congress are Muslim, Christian or Mormon, so long as the supreme court is Christian. LOL, that's a joke... I personally would prefer Wicca or Druid, but hey Christian works too.

However, there is information that can be garnered from the religion of the candidate. Each citizen gets to make up his own mind about whom to vote for. If the candidate were a member of Jim Jones cult, and they were all told the drink the kool-aid and die, then you give the keys to most of the nukes in the world? Perhaps not a good idea. Perhaps your candidate prefers the flying spaghetti monster as a deity,(yes there is one, look it up).

For example, if the GOP wanted personal responsibility and individual freedoms; they would not be calling for a government bureaucrat in every doctor's office to make sure the doctor didn't say anything unapproved. If they wanted smaller government, they wouldn't be bigger spenders than the democrats. If they wanted to promote individual freedoms, they would not have passed and signed the Pat Act, effectively removing all our freedoms. No, it appears they oppose freedom and personal responsibility and favor big government. This is not to praise the democrats, because they aren't much better. And Obamacare is freedom for whom?$16 Trillion in debt is higher spending than Repubs how? O'Bama adding 16,000 IRS positions is not growing government how? Please, no smoke in mirrors. The government is not the answer and I really could do a lot less of 'em. BTW, I have opposed the Pat Act from day one.

While the GOP pushed and passed the Pat Act, the democrats extended it and added the NDAA which further enshrines our loss of freedom. I won't support any politician or party which intentionally works to eliminate our freedom. If you really opposed the Pat Act, and found it unacceptable, then you should with hold your support from both major parties.

Of course you being a bot for but buddies, you failed to read. I did't say he was muslim, I said it would be awkward if he was with all the intrigue in the middle east......by the way, his school enrollment card listed him as muslim. My understanding is once in always in.....maybe you could enlighten us.

LMAO!! It was just reported this morning that Obama's deficit spending has topped the $6 TRILLION mark. That is more than every president from Washington through Clinton COMBINED. It was also reported that his latest budget will grow that deficit by another $6 TRILLION over the next 10 years.

A bazooka or machine gun could very well be used as an offensive weapon as well as defensive. Like O'Bama says; If they bring a fist, use a knife, if they bring a knife, use a gun. So if they bring a machine gun, use the bazooka.

Correction on your wording: "It was also reported that his latest SPENDING will grow that deficit by another $6 TRILLION over the next 10 years." O'Bama hasn't passed a budget since he has been in office. He's only done "resolutions". So put down that he has NOT accomplished signing a budget YET.

LIE ONE CNN Fact Check: About those 4.5 million jobs ... The facts: The number Castro cites is an accurate description of the growth of private-sector jobs since January 2010, when the long, steep slide in employment finally hit bottom. But while a total of 4.5 million jobs sounds great, it's not the whole picture. While that is indeed a gain of 4.5 million, it's only a net gain of 300,000 over the course of the Obama administration to date. The private jobs figure stood at 111 million in January 2009, the month Obama took office. LIE TWO
.WE CARE Dem circus comes to town, forces Charlotte's homeless onto streets... LIE THREE Israeli Envoy Fires Back at Dem Claim AP Israeli official denies calling GOP policies toward Israel 'dangerous' as DNC chief Debbie Wasserman Schultz says her comments were 'misrepresented.' LIE FOUR Remember where Clinton is talking of staying the plan for Obama's economy in their new ad. Said it was the deregulation that got us where we are. Well Whoop T Do. CLINTON is the one that approved of the deregulation and the repeal of laws like Glass Stiegel? "I did not have sex with that woman"
