OSHA fines Menards for safety violations in Nebraska man's death

drug tests can be beaten by some workers who buy someone else's urine..yucvky but it ahppens lots in SB

You guys are ridiculous. The death was not caused by a forklift...all receiving team members and managers are trained and certified. I worked there, if anything happened you were no longer allowed to operate the forklift or Joe. The banding on the landscape timbers is what broke, causing the timbers to fall. OSHA determined this to be a freak accident. Get over yourselves, grow up, and quit degrading and judging when you don't have a clue.

Do all the research you want. OSHA does nothing but takes money from business! If they cant get money they force you out of bussiness!!!

Every job i've ever worked has issued me a Power Equipment License. On this licences there are classes of equipment for example: A,B,C,D,E,F. A is just for operation a forklift that isn't typically powered w/diesel fuel. Anyways they do not give out certification just because someone is 18 years of age and has a valid drivers licence. Oh, also all the jobs i've worked put me through training obstacle courses. You can be terminated for operating equipment without the licence.
Menards issues a licence to employee's who have completed certification and other companie certifications.
