The Structural Work Act held owners and contractors responsible and accountable for injuries and deaths on construction sites and resulted in Illinois being one of the safest states for construction workers.

Yes Dave, just imagine a company being legally responsible for its actions. I'm sure that will cause some people who don't believe in corporate responsibility to whine about "socialism". |
