This fine will drive another American company overseas to escape the high cost of American government regulations. Kiss those American jobs goodbye.

No, they are actually rebuilding. OSHA can impose all they want, but there is the appeal process. Most likely the fines will be reduced. I just wonder how many "ILLEGAL ALIENS" work there?? While all this investigation is going on maybe ICE needs to do a little snooping around.
