OSHA: Danger of falling an issue at New York work sites
The federal government says that the hazards of falling are the biggest safety problem at New York City construction sites after random inspections during the summer.

When smoking and drinking on the job it is very easy to fall down and go "boom". Fortunately it usually happens to construction workers..."men" who are almost lower than dirt.
