i actually met brian a few years ago when he was working on a project near my hometown. i haven't had contact with him since then, but i have talked to some of the other guys from his work crew. the news of his death is still so unreal to me. if anyone wants to talk about it...feel free to email me.

I knew Brian well. He was one of my sheet metal apprentices for four years. Lots of people say wonderful things about people once they 'pass' but anything positive said about Brian is very true. I missed him after he graduated and will miss him even more knowing I will never see him again. My favorite name for him was 'Sunshine' because that is exactly what he was. A ray of sunshine in my day, every day I saw him coming to class. Its safe to say in my 13 training years with ABC ... Brian was truly my favorite student!

That is so sad, & tragic. It's dangerous work at times, & it sucks when someone who I'm sure works their butt off & to the utmost, falls to their death. Wow, I was just right in that same area on Thursday & went to the Strip. So eerie.
Sending prayers out to his family.
