Carrollton Township teen falls into corn-filled rail car; co-workers frantically begin rescue, CPR
A 19-year-old Carrollton Township man was clinging to a thread of life after falling into a corn-filled rail car. Emergency crews responded to the call to Peavey Company in Carrollton Township about 2:30 p.m. Monday.
Peavey employees had pulled the teen from the rail car and started CPR before rescue workers arrived at the elevator at 3274 Carrollton Road, said Police Chief Craig A. Oatten. A witness identified the man as Rick Poineau....
