We have proof. It will be posted online soon. Or do some research yourselves and call the Senators Offices or this reporter and get a copy of the evidence.

This is not something we wanted to believe when we discovered it at a library in Arizona.

But this is a disgusting truth. People. Please listen.

We should all thank Senator Shapleigh for his service to El Paso. He is the only guy in elected government that is remotely trustworthy... that may not be saying much in El Paso.... but we need to respect his honesty and aggressive tactics that are in EP's best interest.

Your truth is somewhat dubious at best. I can make lab studies show what I want by changing the perameters as well Deploy OSHA Region 6 for a full assessment. If it's BS bill the toad for cost incurred and consider charges against the physician for attempt to defraud the government. Real no brainer stuff.

Takedown Asarco? How about take down all of El Pisso. If the country had an anatomy, El Paso would be the rectum.

At this time there's environmental cleanup being conducted on priority residences in Hayden, AZ which is being paid for by Asarco. The EPA's findings intiated the cleanup due to high toxic levels of lead, arsenic, etc. in homes tested. All of this came after several years of citizens of Hayden asking for Environmental Enforcement, & public outcry concerning the significant numbers of deaths of employees & residents due to cancer, heart & lung disease, miscarriages in the Hayden area. More homes will be tested in Hayden which has been a long time in coming. The truth speaks from the graves.

And the standards for lead, arsenic etc in 1908 were? How about 1958? 1998? Use your collective heads. No One knew or could have known of the problems back then. The advances that allowed the findings by the EPA to be considered fair and balanced also allowed for the advances in science to cleanup the mess. The mess at El Paso ASARCO has been a cumulative collection since mining, smelting and refining began on both sides of the river. Take a measured approach. Chicken Little went to his reward with Col sanders years ago. And so Shapleigh likes to invent the truth. He is like every politican we have in El Paso.
