OSHA investigates TOPS Markets after bloody incident

A customer with a bleeding hand, a clerk reportedly forced to clean the blood up and now an OSHA investigation. Call 4 Action reporter Al Vaughters spoke to the former employee of TOPS Markets. Angela Klos, after filing a complaint with the U.S. Labor Department over working conditions at this Tops Market on Grant Street that, she believes, led to a case of MRSA, the so-called "super bug."

It started on July 4, 2008. Angela told us, a man came to her checkout line bleeding from his thumb. After the holiday weekend, Angela contacted OSHA, the Occupational Safety and Health Administration. At the same time, Angela says she starting to feel ill and went to the hospital, but was mis-diagnosed....
