Following the Federal Government of Nigerian Mandate of 2008 over Foreign Contractor's Payment and Debt, I Mr. President Federal Republic of Nigeria has finally granted a final approval to your contract payment valued at US$10.5 Million . With a payment approval notice RE-22XXY36.
Based on the Aforesaid Payment Instruction has already been issued out to offset foreign contract debt. This office hereby deems it necessary to contact your highly esteem self, by status of a contractor with our Government, in order to notify you of the payment into your nominated bank account via Petroleum Special Trust Fund Account in United States.
